I am unable to use "Flip Card" feature using objects (E.g. Sticky notes). Could you kindly update this feature?This will help us in using activities on one side before showing the actual image on the flipped side.

The Miro add-on for Google Meet is not starting. Is there anything I can do to fix it? I have tried deleting browser data and cookies but it still does not load. Any help would be appreciated. 

Why does the text twitch at the end of the chair when using the pencil tool, but not when using the smart drawing tool (or something like that)?

Hello, I’m a user from Korea.Recently, I’ve been experiencing an issue where the end of the text I type in text boxes gets cut off.Even when I widen the text box horizontally, the same problem occurs, so I believe this is a bug.This issue is quite inconvenient for me. I’d really appreciate it if this problem could be fixed soon.  

I’ve switched to using diagrams as the base for flows because they’re generally nice to work with - I can link to focus mode which I love. Today though I was trying to insert a shape into a diagram and then align the other shapes. It looks like the align tool is missing, and there’s no other option I can find to align shapes. Is it not possible to align items within a diagram??!

Hi,I am experiencing an issue when working with tables in Miro. While entering text directly into a table cell (not a separate text box), a message about reaching the text limit appears.It seems that the system is incorrectly recognising the text as if it were added into a standard text field rather than a table cell. Could you please clarify if this is expected behaviour or a bug, and advise on possible solutions or workarounds?

I can't open any of my board in safari and this is what is written. App initialization failure: Loading chunk 23570 failed. (missing: https://mirostatic.com/app/static/surface-bundler.e404bc67a7bad139.js). what should I do? ​​​​​​​the app doesn't work either. it makes my MacBook bug! 

I have a user who changed their name.  They needed access immediately and so I gave them a license but want to merge the two into one so they have access to all the boards they created in the previous name/email.

I set up a voting session and started it.All the people that were supposed to vote say they did vote, but Miro says only 13 people have voted. It should be 16. When I expand to see the names the ones who voted, I can only see my name and one more user. I am wondering how can I see the names of everyone that voted.Even if some guests didn’t add names, shouldn’t they appear in the list as “anonymous voters”?

A keyboard shortcut to turn on/off Frames panel, possible?  The Panel is always blocking the content when in use.  TIA.

Hi!  I go off the grid every Monday and yesterday was my first day to evaluate which apps depend on the cloud.  Unfortunately, Miro doesn’t seem to deal with this scenario very gracefully:   How does Miro support offline use?   I’d like at the very least, be able to view my boards read-only and it would be a bonus to create new boards offline to be uploaded and seen by my team later.

hello there! Having a lot of travels, so I have to use miro often without internet connection. How can I do that?

HiI am using the Miro Organizational chart template and would like to embed images with the name blocks so if they shift, the image shifts too - much like a comment would.I started by linking images i.e. dotted line but i just end up with spaghetti if the org chart changes. Any help would be really appreciated. Thanks 

I had this problem before  and i was luck to click the back button and wait  and it got fix , that was nightmare, today it happened again and guess what this time i couldn’t save it reverse it all layers messed up and now i dunno what to do with it 2 years of work goes to trash. I am considering using Miro for the creation of a visual-based interactive module handbook (in standard A4 landscape format) to supersede current frustrating processes using Word or InDesign.I have created a test version that can also be exported as a PDF to satisfy our VLE and accessibility issues.Creating frames for pages seems to generate a TOC of sorts that can be presented to students straight from the board and from that point it would become a live (locked and comment only) version for students to engage with. Any help or guidance would be much appreciated. 

Hi all,I’m trying to create a plan in Miro using Jira cards. I checked the documentaton at https://help.miro.com/hc/en-us/articles/360013463739-Jira-Cards-FAQ and edited Target Start & Due Date as per the guidelines. Still Miro do non show any update for Start Date and End Date.Anyone with the same issue that got it solved?thanksSara

I am able to go into Frames and edit the ‘New Frame’ text to something else. BUT, when I navigate away from the board, or refresh the page, the new frame name I entered disappears. When I add other components and navigate away from the page, everything saves. Only issue is the frame name not saving. This is only happening for one of my boards.

GANTT Chart Template - How do I change PHASE names? Everywhere else I just click on text and can change it. When I google search it says to click on the phase name and change them but this does not work. Any help please?
