Our SSo and MFA authenticator is off but one user is kept asked for MFA, how can I turn this off ?

@Maricel Santos It is possible that the user could also be a member of one or more teams outside of your Business or Enterprise subscription, and  ̶S̶S̶O̶  MFA is enabled on one of those other subscriptions.

To know for sure, you could have the user share their screen and use the team switcher to see what other teams/subscriptions are associated with their profile:
