Licencing Starter Plan

Hi all,

we have created an account for our StartUp and bought 3 licences. 
Additionally we invited a person outside of our team, that already has a complete license for Miro. 

Unfortunatley Miro is also calling an extra invoice now for the one person from external. 

In the end i just want to pay for the three of us, that are in our company. 

Can somebody help me about this?

@Philipp Schiestl If you are using the Starter or Business Plan and want to collaborate on your board with someone who is not a licensed team member, you will need to use the Visitors feature for the Starter Plan, or the Visitors OR Guests feature in the Business Plan — more on this features here:

Billing Help

Since you are a paid subscriber, you can open a Miro support ticket by following these instructions:

  • Note: For Billing related questions, after you have selected Contact support from the Learning Center, select Billing & Subscription → Billing & Payments / Other.
