Up until now, I could share a board as "anyone with the link" set to "viewer" and anyone with the link could click on the 3 dots -> board -> duplicate.
This is now greyed out and says "join team".
I want to give anyone with the link the option to duplicate the board and become owner of it.
This used to work even on Free plan. Now Im on Starter plan but still does not work.

However, on the Starter plan, boards are private by default, so the “Duplicate” option is disabled unless you adjust the board’s sharing and content-copy settings.
Here’s what you can do:
Open the board’s Share menu.
Under Anyone with the link, choose Can view (note: you’ll need to set a password if you make the board public).
Then, in the Board sharing settings, make sure Who can copy board content is set to Anyone with the board access.
That should restore the ability for users with the link to duplicate your board.
