Deleting this chat box type icon

This icon keeps appearing on the board. Can not delete it. Can not click on it either. Need to delete it. Can someone suggest what to do. Additional info: I am the board owner

    Just to clarify — are you referring to the blue arrow icon in the sticky note, or the blue comment bubble icon?

    Once I know which one you’re trying to remove, I can guide you through the exact steps or confirm if this might need to be checked by Support.
