Convert Stickies to Azure Cards

Hello,

I am able to link my miro boards to the company's azure devops instance and am also able to add cards from existing work items.

According to the documentation, the context menu should include the ability to make a sticky into an azure work item. I am not seeing this icon or in the context menu (three dots). I am able to manually create a card using the Azure Card icon.

Is there something that I missed, or a setting that i need to ask that the admin's create?

Hi @Stephen Costanzo thanks for reaching out!

Could you please clarify what you mean by the new update? Are you using the Miro desktop app or accessing Miro via a web browser?

It would also really help if you could share a screenshot of what’s appearing on your end — that way, we can see exactly what you’re seeing and guide you through the right steps to download your board to your computer.

@Eca

I've re-read my post, I did not make a comment on “new update” in my message. Where are you seeing that?

Specifically referring to the article here; Azure Cards – Miro Help Center - specifically this section Convert Miro cards or sticky notes to Azure Cards.

As shown in the attached screenshot:

  1. I am connected to azure as the Development card was imported using the Azure button in on the menu where I can select sticky, shape, etc.
  2. I have a sticky, and the bar does not have an azure icon, nor does the context window have a “Convert to Azure work item” button on this.

This behaviour is identical in the web browser and the desktop application.

Thank you for your response, I hope I have provided useful information.
