Payment method issue

I am trying to purchase the Starter Plan for two users, I can confirm there are only 2 members in the team, but the payment is not getting through, I get the error message Payment method issue. I have cleared the cache, logged out and back in but no change. I have checked with my bank and my card is operational and they don’t see the transaction at all. Please can I get some support?
