a board that's stuck

I ran into this problem: When I go to the MiRO board, zoom in on the object I want, MiRO immediately freezes and doesn’t load the object; the buttons on the screen freeze right away (I’m using a Redmi tablet, and the problem occurs whether I’m using the MiRO app or a browser). I’ve tried various solutions: clearing the cache, browsing in incognito mode—nothing works. What else would you recommend?
