I have a full license but have a problem with a Miro Board that has been shared with me. I am trying to export part of the file to save as a jpg (that can be zoomed in to view). Basically I want to save the one portion of the file as an image to share with the team/ eventually upload the jpg to intranet but I am unable to do this. 

The right click grab and throw is somewhat useful but I am looking to have Miro behave like other applications when it comes to using the mouse wheel.  Mouse Wheel up/down - scrolls horizontally up/downShift + Mouse Wheel up/down - scrolls vertically left/rightCtrl + Mouse Wheel up/down - zooms in / outIt currently behaves like my Ctrl key is stuck and only zooms in/out, which is really annoying. Is there a setting to make Miro behave like other applications WRT scrolling?

Hi Miro Team,A couple of weeks ago, I submitted a request for the Education Plan, and I’d like to check on its status. I’ve already started teaching a few classes, and the features included in the plan—like unlimited private boards and timers—would be really useful for me right now.Could you please let me know how I can track the progress of my application? After i end any drawing on a board, final image became higher on a screen.  It works wrong with all instruments: select, pen, smart drawing…But outside the board, in menu, settings, other places… no problemsHow to fix it?

I wonder why the sticky notes look like this now. I refreshed the browser (Firefox), reloaded the website, cleared the Cache. Nothing seems to help. Does anyone has  other ideas?All other items works fine.  Kind regards,Andre

Hi - I’ve not been able to add a Frame to my Miro using keyboard shortcut F or the Frame icon from the Creation toolbar.  What I’m getting is a Screen.  Is anyone else having this issue?  

Hi, I am trying to delete a column in a table. But when I click the column and the 3 dots and select delete column, i get the unmerge cells to delete prompt. And then when I unmerge the selected cells and try to delete, i get the same prompt. Any clues? 

Since yesterday morning I've been trying to access my Miro dashboard but it is on a perpetual loading mode. Does anyone know what I can do? Thanks!!

I am a company and the team admin in my Miro account.Meanwhile if one of team members creates a board in our team or space, I still need to ask him to give me co-owner rights to edit sharing and “copy from the board” settings.How can I get full access to every board created in our team?This is the purpose of an admin, no?

I’ve inserted a Table (not grid) into a board and I want some of the rows to have different background colors, but I can’t find a way to edit row (or column) styles. Please tell me if this feature is available or if I need to use a Grid instead, since that seems to have more style controls already built in. 

I was previously used a free account where I tried the export to Smartsheet feature, and it worked.Recently my employer got our team an enterprise version of Miro. I was able to successfully move over my boards to my new profile/team. However, when trying to export stickies to Smartsheet I get the following error when attempting to connect to Smartsheet: A different Miro account has already been mapped to this Smartsheet user. Please try a different one. If this problem persists, provide the following information to Miro support. Smartsheet user ID: undefined - undefined (Error: MSS-5003)When I login to my old profile/team, I don't see anyway to disconnect it from my Smartsheet account. In fact, when clicking on Smartsheet from the menu, it acts like it wants to connect for the first time.Does anyone know how to resolve this?

Our current MFA is turned off. However, one existing user reset up his app and opted to engage in a MFA process. Now he needs to authenticate himself each time. Is there a way I can reset him as an Admin? I can’t seem to find any option to do so, if our overall Enterprise option is to have MFA turned off.thanks,Eyal

I recently upgraded from my free mirro account to the education plan but mirro is still telling my that I am still only allowed three boards? I thought the education plan gave more oppportunity and ulimited or more boards? I would really appretiate the help. I also tried to make a new team other than the one im currently in for another class and the same thing happened where it said I needed to upgrade to a payment plan despite being on a educational plan. Is there  any way to fix this? or get into contact w anyone?

how do i get the "copy of" auto text not to copy across from a frame - its irritating and time consuming removing the "copy of" text

Hello, apparently the new Org Chart features should allow to import from a CSV.However, I may be missing something obvious but I don’t see that options in my Miro.  Anyone could pls help me with that?Davide

Hello, I have a similar problem. I bought a starter plan just to see for myself how the prototyping works. I have just seen it at some presentation and want to find myself if it’s useful.It says it’s added to starter plan as a 7 day free trial, but anytime I try to use it it prompts me to upgrade. Which I cannot do because it’s already added.I’m confused..

What plan should I be subscribed if I want to use AI prototyping? at the moment I have Starter plan, however it wants me to upgrade. Any advice? I'm the only team member at the moment. Thank you!

We are designing a JSM service desk using portals only (no email) and need to come up with a blueprint to map the customer process from first call to service desk (tier 1) to resolution.  Does a blueprint already exist that we can use to design and document our process?

I currently can’t access the desktop app, because of the Miro Canvas popup, which can’t be closed. In the beginning it was the promotion for the event, now it’s the Recap. Happens on Windows 11 with the desktop app. What can I do?
