We were told that as a student of the University of Kassel, we have a contract with miro, whereby we should have access to one of the premium plans when registering with our university mail.
Unfortunately, this was not the case when registering, this did not bother us any further.
Unfortunately, one of our employees accidentally deleted one of our boards, because we do not have access to the paper basket with the Freeplan, we do not have the possibility to restore it.
Therefore, I wanted to ask if you could activate us for the Premium Plan as agreed or at least restore the board?
