Please help!  We have a few professors who have all signed up (with their school email) for the free educator accounts.  We have all been granted access BUT all professors are being included in the same TEAM.  The website states for the free educator account that multiple teams can exist on the same domain. Due to the limit of 100 users, we are hitting our max with our students and all faculty on the same team.

HOW DO EDUCATORS MAKE THEIR OWN TEAM, and not get stuck in the original team that was made by me?

@Amy Vu For starters, have everyone following the steps to look for other teams associated with their Miro account profile, e.g.:

The article: https://help.miro.com/hc/en-us/articles/360017571294-What-is-on-your-dashboard#h_01F8Q78MPKXM4ZJ0EJDD6C8Q0X

Scenario

  1. Ten teachers are all a part of a Free Plan team, and one of them — let’s call them Teacher A — is the Sole Team Admin of the team (e.g., they created a Free Miro account and invited nine other teachers to the team.)
  2. All teachers apply for the free Education Plan and are accepted.
  3. Teacher A’s Free Plan is upgraded to the Education Plan.
  4. The other nine teacher’s have a few team created for them, but they also remain as team members of Teacher A’s Education Plan.
