All my images turn negatives

Hey there, i used to do a lot of work on MiRO some years ago and i recently got back to using it. I discovered that every single image of all my boards is now a negative of itself. Creating a new board and inserting a new image by various methods all result in the image being displayed as a negative.

Has anyone had the same issue ? This makes it pretty much impossible to use MiRO for my intended purposes as all images because unreadable.

A series of portraits, all rendered as negatives by MiRO. Original images are standard photographs.

Hi @Astouric

Hmmmm . . . when you wrote “Creating a new board and inserting a new image by various methods all result in the image being displayed as a negative.” that suggests to me that there is nothing wrong with Miro OR your images - and that the problem might be on your computer, particularly if you have some type of graphics accelerator or graphics driver.

To verify I’d get someone you know to open the board on their machine.

Hope this helps!

Cheers, Ken

Hi Astouric, this sounds like a display or color filter issue in Miro rather than your images themselves. A few things to try:

Check board settings – make sure no color filters or effects are applied globally.

Update/reinstall Miro – sometimes graphics glitches occur after updates or driver changes.

Try a different browser or device – if the problem persists in one environment, it can help narrow down the cause.

Contact Miro support – if none of the above works, this may be a bug affecting certain boards.

Most users who faced similar issues resolved it by disabling any “color invert” settings or updating their browser/graphics drivers.
