Does anyone know how to move boards from a workspace to a private space? For some reason, someone else with the same domain as me can access my workspace, and therefore I can no longer edit my boards. Do you know how to fix this?

    If your team is set to allow automatic joining for users with the same email domain, then anyone who signs up with that domain (e.g., @company.com) may be added to your workspace automatically.
    When that happens, your permissions can also change depending on your plan and the number of active users.

     

    You can make your boards private by restricting anyone in the team to access it.

    1. Open the board

    2. Click Share in the top-right
       

       

    You can also check:

    1. Team Settings → Team Profile

      • Disable: “Users with the same domain can join automatically”

    2. Team Settings → Active users

      • If someone joined unintentionally, a team admin can remove them.
