Hi
I’ve tried to access an old Miro board (via a free trial) but it says “No access to board, ask the board owner to grant you permission. You’re logged in as emmax@xxxxxxxxx.xxx.xx.”
Then says I can Request Access or Switch user profile.
When I try to request access, it says “if the owner approves the request, you will receive an email notification”. I am the owner, but I’m not getting a notification.
How can I access my old board?
