Anyone know if we can import lottie files? SVGfiles from lottiefiles.com

Hi all, I’m hoping you get some information that I can present to my IT department in getting access to my and my student’s Miro boards. I work in a high school and my senior students have been using Miro as an online folio due to COVID-19 lockdowns. Last year it worked and I wanted to replicate it this year due to more lockdowns in Melbourne, Australia. I can log in to Miro perfectly fine (so can my students), however whenever we try to load a board, all we see from the website or the Miro app is the ‘M’ loading animation over and over. If I pair it with my phone, it loads. Any thoughts to getting this resolved?Thank you in advance. 

Hello i have lot of Problems with one Board. I work on the board with a TeamMember and we have the same problems. For example some problems: board crashes and black screen, objects cannot be moved with lasso, if you click on the lasso you can no longer deselect it and the lasso becomes infinite, I cannot mark any area with the mouse and move the objectsCan somebody help me? We use Chrome and the Desktop App…  

I indent bullet point notes with Apple notes. However, since new Miro update 0.5.4, when I copy and paste indent notes to Miro, I loose indentation.Is it possible to downgrade Miro’s version on MacOS?

I just started using Miro and see the benefit to using it in meetings. I’m a meeting facilitator and looking for someone who can capture all the ideas on a Miro board while I do my thing. This could be an ongoing gig. My next workshop is Wednesday June 22nd 9am - 12 pm EST.Looking for someone great for this meeting and possible continued collaboration. 

Hello,we are working in a shared table using comments to well...comment. The problem: Every time someone expands the table (by writing long texts or adding a new column) the existing comments are moving in the direction of the expansion.Is there any way to "fix" comments so that they stay in the position where someone put them?Thanks for your help!

Hello!Is there a way to create sub categories that can appear and disappear after clicking a box or a certain segment? Example: A mind map that has 2 main branches. When one of the branches is clicked, its sub branches appear.  Thank you!

Hi,  I need your help I want to copy board from private account to business account. I've done this so far:On a private profile, I changed the owner board to a business profile    2. I tried to copy/paste but I get this message:   When I press command + V (on Macbook) I cant see the copy board    

HelloI’ve added Postits to a table.When I delete a column that does not contain any postits, then a postit that is contained two columns further left is gone. Does anyone knows, why that can happen. It’s not very good, this time I remarked because the table does not conatin many postits...

I teach a remote class, we use Zoom and Miro to collaborate. Whenever I open Miro during class it will inevitably crash, a black screen pops up with white warning text in several languages, and then my computer will shut down briefly.It only seems to happen when I’m using Zoom and Miro at the same time. It never happens to any of my students who also use both Zoom and Miro.My laptop is using Big Sur 11.1 OS, 16G memory and 1536MB VRAMHas anyone else experienced this problem?

Hello, When shape widget is transformed into sticky, card or a different widget type it looses the original ID as well as metadata stored in them. Ideally conversion should retain all attributes but it seems that’s not happening. Could this be considered as bug and fixed?

When I install an new app from the marketplace ( in this case https://miro.com/marketplace/undraw/ ) it once says something like “this app will have permission to read and write all your boards”.is it normal for an app that “only” inserts clip art to a board to get these permissions? Shouldn’t it be the other way round: the app only provides the image and trusted Miro adds it to the board? How can I see / compare permissions of the apps I installed / on the marketplace? ie. how does https://miro.com/marketplace/unsplash/ with similar functionality behave? where can I find the EULA / privacy for apps on the miro marketplace? cf. I’m on a paid plan. I have some simple wireframes I need to export as jpegs.But when I click on a board > … > export as image > the only option to export is as a PDF….Can someone show me show to allow me to export as a Jpg please??I see the jpeg option, it’s just greyed out and not clickable….

Miro looks to be a great tool for our project, but as we are expanding the timeline as we build it out, I haven’t found how to lock date points and associated shapes/text when expanding timeline.  When I pull the end of the arrow timeline, it expands and the points on the timeline move along with it, but the associated text shapes are no longer attached to those dates and are askew.  I thank the community in advance for sharing the solution.

Every time I try to type “2. Example” in any text box it replaces the ‘2.’ with a ‘1.’ after I press the spacebar!I know it thinks I’m creating a list but I don’t want it to start from 1. every time!It’s so damn frustrating!!!Is there an option to turn this off/change it or does the design need to change from Miro’s side?If so please fix asap Miro!

PNG images with working transparency (tried in PPT etc) show up with a solid white background in Miro, is there a way to get transparency to function?

I am working on a wireframe and have added several text/dropdown fields. When I update the text in these fields and either refresh or come back to my miro board later, the changes do not save.Has anyone else encountered this issue?All other changes seem to be saving.  

I’ve been working with MIRO free version already for some time with my private email.Recently I also created a MIRO account with my work email. Shortly after, the owner of the company I currently work at purchased a MIRO plan. Recently I started to observe a few different problems:My private account (on my private email) without any notification or anything is now part of the organisation. I had a couple of my boards there and now they are part of the team account. Why is that? I wasn’t added, Wasn’t invited? The only thing I could have done was potentially open a team board with that account (not secured link). When I try to remove myself from the team, I get an info that all the boards will be assigned to the team (it’s also described here I believe - https://help.miro.com/hc/en-us/articles/360026524453-How-to-Leave-a-Team). But all of them are mine. Why is that? How can I work around it? Despite my boss creating the account, the team and paying for the plan, without any notice bot
