On my company’s Kanban board not every card is visible but only for some members, does anybody have an idea why this could be the case? Thanks to you all!!

There is a known bug re not being able to move/delete Cards - this could be a side effect of whatever is causing the other issues.
I few things your users could try:
- signing out and back into Miro
- clearing the browser cache
- disabling all browser extensions (a private/incognito window is usually a quick way to accomplish this)
- Try the Miro desktop app
