I have a list of cards, currently about ten, in a panel. Each one has an associated PDF that I want to show on the board.

I can’t add a PDF to a card so I intent to upload each pdf and place it next to the associated card with an arrow link, or combine the card & PDF as a group.

When I upload a PDF to the board it’s very large. If I scale it down I can’t then zoom in close enough to read it.

Is there a way to represent a PDF as a link/icon/thumbnail so that it can be expanded somehow on the board, and then collapsed down again to keep things aligned and tidy?

You can add links in cards (Link To option), so import the PDFs in a separate part of the board, and link each card to them. You could also create a link back from the PDFs to the relevant cards.
