Hello.Me and members of my teams faced with problem. When I zoom out of my drawings and after zoom in back all my drawings disappear. 

Hello community,I’m a heavy miro users and love it. It’s perfect for collaboration and the templates are great.However, I miss proper diagrams for a more polished and final presentations of the ideas. Something like Microsoft SmartArt or Infographics diagrams.Don’t get me wrong. I build my own with miro to solve this problem. See below, aren’t them AWESOME? However, creating these diagrams is time consuming and all in all I want be focused on the discussions and collaboration with my teammates rather than creating these diagrams. I was thinking about creating an app where users could select from existing templates grouped from several categories and add these smartart diagrams into the board. But before moving forward, I’d like to learn more from the community whether this is a pain point for you as well. Couple questions:Do you have the same painpoint? Would you pay for using this app (like, $49 per year to have unlimited access to hundreds diagrams, customization of color/fonts/etc)?

I would like to show duration for a process using a number/duration line, but the best I can get is:And aligning and straightening the lines are next to impossible. I can use other terminators of the line, but they are not as universally understood/clear as line terminators. 

While creating an OKR Planning Session with my Team I discovered an amazing feature to creata a Set of Card just by pushing a Plus-Button within the Cell (see Template Kanban Framework, Action Plan, Weekly Agenda e.g). Auto Resize and perfectly aligned. At all a great feature also for non experienced User - so far great.But for our work i need a topic for each row in the first column. Which seem impossible to me using the predefined Template. Any idea/help? Here is a Screenshot of what i’m trying to do: 

hi everyone,What I’d love to do is allow users of our product to connect their account to our product (like Salesforce connect or creating a connected account in Stripe if anyone is familiar with those). The way this would workClient would generate a key / secret for Miro Client would input that in our products dashboard We can now dynamically create whiteboard for them in various meetings/events they they have in our product using the rest API Does anyone know if this is possible? See screenshots below.@miro can I get help with this one urgently, as we need to run a client workshop tomorrow.     

Hi Everyone,I’m on the enterprise plan and I enabled as documented the edit function for public links.However, when going to the sharing options of a board, I can’t grant editing. It just looks as before. What did I miss? Thanks in advance,Alex

I have shared my board with the Guest Editors. I must say that the information on how to share the board with the guests is not clear. I had to copy the board link and using my email client send the Board link to all the external editors.My question is how can the guest editors rename themselves for the Board admin to know who is editing what.Also where can I see the list of guest editors within Miro (If possible)  

I create diagrams with shapes, and type text in shapes. I go back another time to the diagram, the texts are not appearing on the shapes! They are not on the top layer to be seen! somehow they get moved to the back layer of the shape. This is fully unintended and annoying. sure, don’t want to redefine all the diagram again! 

Hallo miteinanderIch habe mich heute bei Miro registriert, weil ich meinen Ideenpool direkt mit Aufgaben verknüpfen möchte. Soweit ich gesehen habe, funktioniert das bei Post-it’s nicht. Mit dem Kanban kann ich den Aufgaben ein “Due Date” zuordnen. Kann ich daraus auch direkt Aufgaben für Google Tasks oder Microsoft To Do erstellen? Ich habe Google Tasks integriert, aber kann die Aufgaben nicht “exportieren”. Danke euch für eure Hilfe.LG Sabrina

Hi, I was wondering if it is possible to hide the toolbars on a board?I have my board embedded as an Iframe in my website, and would like my board to be viewable only without any of the editing options available. Currently all options are greyed out and inaccessible but I was wondering if it is possible to remove the toolbar completely? Thanks Kimbal

Hi,Using the Jira Cards integration, we’d like to configure a manual webhook using Automation for Jira instead of the basic one that is installed automatically. However, we’re having problems. The webhook returns an error 410.It works fine when the basic Jira webhooks are used, but for some reason, Automation doesn’t get through. Is there anyone out here who were able to make webhook updates work using Automation instead of the basic webhooks, and if so, how? We really want to avoid using the basic webhooks, since their operation is not logged or rate-limited, and we use huge Jira instances with a lot of updates.Here’s my Automation action, and the webhook 410 response when fired. 

Do certain objects have a bigger performance cost than others? e.g. would replacing 1 image with 10 squares and a piece of text be better for performance? I’ve got a large board with 7k object which will be used for 4 x 4 hour sessions. It’s great to have everything all on one board, although navigating when zoomed out does have a bit of lag and I’m worried when there are 20 people on the board and collaborators’ cursors are displayed performance is going to suffer. I’d like to try and keep everything on 1 board but I’d like to try and squeeze performance where possible to reduce chances of performance issues. 

I actually have a paid team account that nobody in my team can access at the moment, because our setup of SSO was interrupted by an internet outage. From what I can surmise, the SSO URL did not get set. We go into an endless loop of SSO login requests (I'm the administrator and I can't access it either).  I’ve had to create a personal account to even log this question.Does anyone know how to exit the loop or get a message to support when you can’t access the paid account to log the support request? 

Hello, im sure this question seems silly, but the tools kits on the boards, where you choose to click on arrows or texts are too big and the grid of the board as well, while my content is too small, how do i decrease the size please ? and get back to the normal size of the grid and features on the lefet side of the board ? Thank you!

I'm trying to get a system overview using several sticky notes.On these, the designations with the connections to each other are only available for an overview.As a kind of legend, I would like to define the terms in more detail within miro at another point.It should be linked directly to the other place with a click (within a table or list) and at this place you can store an exact system description again and the user can also access it and read the details.

Dear Team,it would be great if you can enable a feature for multiple boards selection to do for example multiple cover changes, or move projects at once etc. See the image below

Hi Miro Community I’m going to run a session for 140 people on a relatively simple board. Most will use Miro on a browser. They will only use sticky notes, nothing else. Communication is running over Zoom Webinar… Is there anything I need to be aware of? Any best practices? Looking forward to hearing any tips and tricks. Tom

Hi all, I’m hoping you get some information that I can present to my IT department in getting access to my and my student’s Miro boards. I work in a high school and my senior students have been using Miro as an online folio due to COVID-19 lockdowns. Last year it worked and I wanted to replicate it this year due to more lockdowns in Melbourne, Australia. I can log in to Miro perfectly fine (so can my students), however whenever we try to load a board, all we see from the website or the Miro app is the ‘M’ loading animation over and over. If I pair it with my phone, it loads. Any thoughts to getting this resolved?Thank you in advance. 

Hello i have lot of Problems with one Board. I work on the board with a TeamMember and we have the same problems. For example some problems: board crashes and black screen, objects cannot be moved with lasso, if you click on the lasso you can no longer deselect it and the lasso becomes infinite, I cannot mark any area with the mouse and move the objectsCan somebody help me? We use Chrome and the Desktop App…
