My board disappeared after i enabled SSO and was merged with my org (Lululemon Enterprise). I was originally part of a different team (EANA). Why did this happen and where id my board go :( I believe this was my old board but i cannot tell:  

Hello,My business partner and I created a Miro account with her being the ‘owner’. We are now splitting up the business but I would still like access to the boards we have created. What’s the best way to get access to the boards but so we are not updating the same ones? i.e. should I set up a new account, can i then copy the boards to my new account and then create a duplicate so they are new boards rather than the one’s she has access to? Any ideas on solutions to this would be fab as we would both like access to the boards/maps we have created for our business/clients in the past? ThanksRachel

Hi all, we just found out Miro from Microsoft Teams App. We really loved and planning to request a premium account from our manager. But there is a problem regarding the training videos on YouTube. My colleagues in China have no access to YouTube and cannot watch the videos. Do you know how to find Miro App training (30 mins training) except YouTube?

Hello all ! I am on free account plan. I want to re-edit a “view only” board. I’ve read that if I was changing the “sharing settings” on this board I was able to edit again this board but it remains in “view only”.I don’t mind to set another active board in view only, in order to remain with only 3 editable boards but I can’t find a way to change my current active boards.How can I do ? Thank you very much in advance for your help.

Hi,We’ve tried to add users to boards to collaborate but keep getting message that they must be added to team by team admin.Is it possible for a board owner to invite another company user from different team and grant edit rigths to that board without having to add as a member to the Team? Robbie

My team has been working on plugin that enables users to post content from Google Docs to Miro.  We’re just starting to develop our website and would like to use Miro branding when we talk about the integration.  Can someone point me to the Miro branding guidelines?  

Helloi can’t copu anymore Jira cards on my Miro.Principal account has a team specific, my account is in this team, and the App for Jira card is installed. The boards is share to me. I could before copy cards into the boards, but it not possible anymore. When i copy a card, it disappear (sometimes i have the message “Atlassian” saying i don’t have right). thansk for yout help

My teammate created a board as a content owner, and later she deleted it. However it still shows on my dashboard. I want to delete it but we’re on a free plan so I can’t do it myself. Any help?

Noob question here. I’d love to build some semantic “smarts to my use of miro. For instance: When I move a sticky Note (or some other shape inside of a column, shape with a label of developmentThen my web plugin would tag the sticky note as being in development and the current date  

If I open the same board more than once, e.g. in two browser windows, I just wondered how this appears to other users? Does it indicate on my profile icon I have it open more than once? And I wondered what happens when I switch from one to the other, assuming I’m looking at two different areas of the board, do other users just see my cursor fly from one side of the board to the other? I would like to create cards using API and then make it ‘jira cards’ so that they can be tracked later on. Is this possible?I’ve checked how jira cards look like using api, but it seems that there are no custom fields or any metadata which would point jira plugin to related jira issue.Is there any way to manipulate jira plugin via api?

This is about a web-plugin feature, and maybe there already exists a solution or workaround, so I’m reposting it here, slightly reworded. Sorry for the duplication.--------------------------------I’m looking for a way to display “toolbar panels”, i.e. small panels on the right of the toolbar, that display options for the selected tool, like the ones that are displayed when selecting the Pen tool, Shape tool, Frame Tool, etc. For now, miro.board.ui allows to display a library (.openLibrary) or a sidebar (.openLeftSidebar), but they are rather bulky for some simple use cases, and one cannot decide their size.Actually, it should be possible to decide of the height and width of the toolbar panel, as the example above they may appear in different sizes -- e.g. something like openToolbarPanel(“my-toolbar-panel.html”, { width: “56px”, h

TLDR: Lost access to board (Free Plan), yet URL link not allowing board recovery.Hi Community, This is my first question, so forgive me if I make any blunders. So the start up I’m part of is using Miro boards, and we have largely had a great experience using it! It was a good platform to help enable and document collaboration. Recently however, something has gone wrong and one of our boards has gone and disappeared.Now from what I understand, Free Plan users should be able to recover deleted boards using the URL link. When I tried to replicate this proposed solution, I was given a different error message. I’ve inserted two screenshots to see if anyone else recognises it:Board does not exist.This board is no longer shared, or has been removed. FWIW, I have tried reporting this as a potential bug to Miro too, but I’d be happy to be wrong if there’s a solution. I was cruising along and all was well… when all of the sudden the select tool stopped working as usual. For some reason ( while in mouse navigation mode ) left clicking the canvas alway uses the Pan Tool rather than drawing a selection box as expectd. So.. Select the selection tool or push V on the keyboard while in mouse navigation mode click on canvas holding down the button and dragging instead of dragging out a selection box the tool mysteriously changes to the Pan Tool and pan’s the keyboard???Previously I would use space bar to pan the keyboard. Now it’s just broken? Thanks for your help in advance. 

I would like to create a certain amount of PosIt, in a grid format. For example: 5X3 etc…This way, the user will be able to save time, instead of drag & drop single postit. 

I have many boards on different accounts and I see the same lag. I tried to move frames, stickers, tables, mindmaps, shapes, it just randomly happens to any of the elements on a board. When I try to drag it to another place, it moves, but the moment I release it, it bounces back to where it was. None of the elements are locked. They are just stuck in random places. Does anybody know what I can do about it? It’s really annoying and frustrating. 

I’d like to request a more diverse set of emojis--more skin tone options, specifically. I see some good non-male-female family emojis, but no discernible differences in race or physical ability in the people emojis. Similar convo in Diversity in IconFinder.

(Mac) Command-H does nothing in Miro.  This is a big problem, because IT’S SUPPOSED TO.  It’s supposed to hide my browser.  This “little thing” has become a bigger and bigger problem.  How do I disable this and get Miro to hide like any other web page I might be on at that second!?

I was paying for a consulting plan. Miro at some point created several boards itself, in an ‘Explore Miro’ project it also created itself, to give an overview of the plan.I cancelled my plan and downgraded to the free plan, which keeps 3 boards editable.Only the 3 most recently created Miro boards can be edited -- any board I actually created is now view-only. Is there any way to instead get 3 of the boards I created editable under the free plan?
