My MIRO boardPDF export is just a blank page? Any idea why?

Does anyone find the UX of the Stickies snapping location annoying?I prefer that they snap directly to the physical corner of the Sticky and not offset.Also, the Sticky shadow does nothing for me… if this takes up Board Memory I prefer performance (speed of loading) than seeing this. 

How / where do I find out the file size of my miro boards?  Do I have to create the backup file and look at the size of the backup or is there a way in the browser or app interface to easilysee how big the file is?

I noticed on my Mobile Phone App that Miro is not Timing Out and I stay Logged In occasionally (not all the time).I also see on my Desktop Dashboard some Users in a Board longer than the 90 minute timeout setting however they have left work for the day (over night).

Hi, one of my guests has been editing our board after we closed our session. But here changes are good. But now I see signs of her editing everywhere on the board. And I cannot delete them (see the red signs for what I mean). Does everyone knows how I can delete the “Guest, 19 hours ago” notifications?  

When I click to share my Miro board and I choose to set a Password, the Password field is pre-filled with my own Miro login password - which I would never share with anyone.Why is this field pre-filled with anything other than a randomly-generated password?Thank you!P.

I have tried both documentation Miro and WordPress to embed boards.However, WordPress does not recognize the embedded code from Miro.Has Anyone came up with a solution or workaround to this?Please don’t suggest me to read Miro documentation about embed into websites, my questions is specifically about WORDPRESS.Thanks

I have created 3 boards in which I have consolidated answers from different user groups on a frame. I am trying to copy these frames with the sticky notes to a “general” board so I can compare and work from there to show the client an overview. I’ve tried using command + c / command + v, as well as the triple dot → copy / right-click → paste flows, but neither works.  Both those methods work fine when I’m copying and pasting on the same board. But, I cannot copy and paste between the boards, nothing at all. Not the frames, not the individual sticky notes. I have checked and I am in my shared team account, the boards are in the same “project”. I found these articles but the solutions simply don’t work. I cannot duplicate the boards and work from a duplicate because I have 3 of them (with a lot of information) so I will loose information either way, and I don’t feel like typing over 100+ stickies x 3.  Does anybody know how I can copy a frame to another Mi

Hello, I am at the  beginning of development project to populate Miro board using API. Checking API reference at https://developers.miro.com/reference I can’t find enough details for what I need.My requirements are:For a board <xxx>Create/update card widgetsI found Get Current User Boards API which returns all boards current user has access to. I can then loop through to find the board I need and start adding/updating cards.Card widget JSON does have tags field. Is there any way to add tags via API?Are there any examples of end-to-end similar functionality (including authentication)?

I was recently added as a collaborator for my company, with admin rights, but whenever I try to create a new board, I get a "User licence activation failed" error, and can’t even edit boards that I previously could. Can someone help?

Hi.I got an access token to use Api for collecting Audit logs.My account has the role of company administrator.If my account is deprived of the administrator role, will the token work? for getting logs?Thank you.

Hi all - I reviewed some similar questions, but nothing quite fit, or was old enough to potentially be out-of-date. Use Case: Miro board created within MS Teams using the plug-in.The members of the MS Team all need access to the board(s), but are not part of the official Miro ‘team’ that I appear to be part of (e.g., the group where my boards show up when I log in directly to Miro).  So I can’t use the name selection tool/checkboxes; and that larger Miro group contains people that shouldn’t have access to these boards, so I can’t give the whole group access even if my MS Teams users were added to that Miro group. I ended up giving the first few users access by typing in their emails one at a time, but if the project grows to dozens (or hundreds) of people (who are all added to the MS Team site), that leaves me managing separate (and redundant) security settings in Miro - more work and opportunity for error.This could get even more complica

I have the following code to recursively create a custom sticky widget from a CSV inside a web plugin. miro.board.widgets.create({ "type": "sticker", "style": { "backgroundColor": "#ea94bb", "fontFamily": "Bangers", "textAlign": "right" }, "text": data[i][filter], "x": ( 220 * horizontal ), "y": ( 220 * vertical ) })Regardless of what color I substitute in the backgroundColor property, I cannot get the stickies to generate as that color. They always get created yellow. I have run this same method with the “shape” widget and I get the correct specified background color. It there some nuanced approach to coloring stickers that I am just overlooking? I have been through the API documentation at least two dozen times. 

Hello, everyone. I use the free plan of Miro; and I’m aware that only 3 boards are editable, but I want to delete one of the editable boards but I cant find that option, just in the “only-view” boards I find it. I hope someone can help me with this little issue. thanks

A board that I created and shared is not loading for me. I cannot even see the thumbnail--just the miro “m” that animates when trying to load, but does nothing. Help!

I am using MIRO sind almost a year, having created over 60 boards for customer interactions so far.Since a couple of weeks, I am constantly getting “inviations” to download the new MIRO APP compatible with my M1 chipset Mac. If I do so, I would have to overwrite my existing MIRO programm (which I denied. How does this update would work? Do I have to start from “scratch” again...is this right? Or can I “transfer” all of my 60 so far created boards to my new M1 version? Or…Thx for your help, dear mironeers or community members.Andreas

I want to configure SSO/SAML in our Google Workspace/GSuite account so that my internal employees will be forced to sign in with their google accountsHowever with that, we also have external individuals like contractors and clients who will also need to join on occasion to collaborate. They would not have a Google account.How do i handle this situation?Thanks!

Hi,Is it possible to duplicate a Miro board and then at a later date use that board as a backup in case of any data loss through user error?  I know there is a backup feature but i wondered if there is any benefit to duplicating the board instead?Thanks!Sam

I have a Miro account with my work email and we use it for work, but I wanted to use Miro for other personal things so I create another account with my personal mail, It was that the right way to do it? I still don’t understand how teams work and I’m never sure who see my board when I create one, only members of that team? If I create a board and then share it my students, are they then gonna see all the boards of my team?
