When exporting a Miro document to PDF, all emoticons are replaced with boxes (white fill, black outline). Exporting the same document to JPEG works fine, all emoticons are visible.

Is this a known issue? Any workarounds available?

Thank you, Martijn

Hi @Marina

I am facing the same problem. Is there already a solution here?

Thank you,

Phillip

Hi @Phillip,

I’m afraid, no solution yet. I’ll also convert your comment into a support ticket so that the team keeps you in the loop.

Hi, I’m facing the same issue. Did you find a solution ?

Thanks

@Gabrielle Cyr  - Are you able to see the emojis on the board or are they appearing as black boxes?

As per the Emojis Help Center:

Someone using Windows 8.1 posted about this yesterday:

I have Windows 10 and using Chrome I can see the following on my board:

And then it exports to PDF (see attached) as follows:

I am on the Consultant Plan.

Hi, I see emojis on my board but its when I download it.

@Gabrielle Cyr - I would suggest reporting this to Miro support. I would also include a link to this post in your ticket.
