Miro not working properly..

Hi everyone, 

I have been using MIRO since 1.5 years almost. But from past 1 month this is not working properly, as can not draw new shapes and boxes even. Either in the same board, i can copy something and paste it then i can edit in that way, but never draw even a line in it. I have used MIRO APP, and the APP is working fine but we can not copy the content from one board to another this show me the error :*copying is not allowed* even i have editors rights to do so.

I need the solutions for the web and app if possible. Rest is good to work as a remote team member from all around world.

It would help if you could create a short video showing us what you are trying to do/is not working. Loom is free and easy to use and share screen recordings. You could also open a Miro support ticket by following the instructions in this article (search for “contact form” for a link to the support form):

Even if you have edit rights to a board, the board owner can choose to disable copying of content - copy-pasting, duplicating the board, downloading a board backup, etc. This feature is called the Board Content Setting - more info on this here:
