Can't find a project. Link now says the page does not exist.

I am currently working on Miro and I tried to access my customer journey map using the link I had saved in my coursework for my diploma.

But the webpage is now no longer available and is not showing up in my Miro account.

What should I do to get it back?

Can you find the board itself by checking your browser history for its URL? Projects don’t have a unique URL themselves, but the boards within a project should be available unless it was deleted for more than 30 days.

Hello,

Thank you very much for responding.

My browser history doesn’t go further than a few months ago and I made my customer  journey map before then.

The above link is what I had submitted for my coursework as I am a student of the UX Design Institute.

Assuming you are on a Miro paid plan, I’d recommend opening a support request so Miro product support can try to locate this board from a backup or some other method: Submit a request – Miro Support & Help Center
