Hi,

I would like to upgrade my Miro account from Free to Paid (2 members on monthly charge basis) and after entering all the details including American Express credit card the final “Purchase” button is not coming active. Hence I am not able to upgrade myself.

Note: I tried this with my VISA credit card as well still the same issue.

Pls. help to resolve this issue?

I’d recommend opening a Miro support request here (Submit a request – Miro Support & Help Center) as they should be able to help with your account upgrade issue.
