Hoping someone can help. So my organisation is split into two for Miro one paid and one free account. 

I signed-up with a free account, but today lost rights to my own boards; now all view only, team members can no longer see me to share boards and have stopped receiving email notifications from Miro. Yet I can still login, any ideas?

Also, if I wanted to buy an individual membership whilst my organisation works out licenses is this possible - All I see is enterprise memberships and would this give me access back to my boards?

Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks! 

 

Hi @Georgia Kenny. The easiest workaround to get access to view-only boards is to duplicate them, since only the 3 most recently created boards are editable on Free plan.
