Hi, For some strange reason my sketch art-boards won’t sync to Miro. I keeps coming up with an error. I have tried the suggested solutions and nothing helps. Could someone please help me with this?

Hi, I’ve created a simple test plugin using one of the examples app as a scaffolding. The web plugin allows the user to roll a number of random dice. This is the installation link for the  app (still in development of course) https://miro.com/oauth/authorize/?response_type=token&client_id=3074457350145576827&redirect_uri=https://miro-rory-story-cubes-prod.herokuapp.com/auth-success.htmlThe app seems to work fine most of the time but for some users and on some teams, it works just once. After first usage we get this error:Uncaught Error: processCommandFromIFrame:: iframe channel not found, plugin = 3074457350145576827, cmd = .board.viewport.getViewportIf we reload the board and use it, it works the first time and triggers the error from then on.The issue seems to be consistent for certain combination of user/team/browser. EgI can use it on Team A, always I can use it on Team B, always, using firefox I can use it on Team B, only once, using chrome A teamamate can use it on Team B

Hello Dear Authorized, I can't contact your customer support team as I'm on the "free" plan so I had to write here, not in a public place thinking you'd fix the problem. On August 20, 2021, I purchased your "team" plan for $20. But my account still shows "free". I have sent an e-mail before to solve the problem, but I did not get a response from you. Although I have paid, I cannot benefit from the service and this is a serious grievance. I found the service quite confused and could not use it, I want it canceled. I request a refund of $20 to my bank account.

Why is it not possible to lock pngs in-place? Seems like an obvious feature that should be included.

Ive encountered these a few times. Whenever a website has a pop up page for newsletters / subscriptions / advertisements. It darkens the whole web page capture and only has the pop up window in 100% color and opacity  

Hi Team,I would like now why there is a limitation in the MIRO regarding connectors.Normal Flowchart: When i draw a flowchart and leave the cursor it shows me options of various objects/shapes  which makes my task quite easier. Normal flowchart feature Flowchart in a template: When i draw a flowchart on a template and leave the cursor it does not show me options of various objects which makes my task quite difficult. Why? Because i cannot add shapes in that speed, as i have to manually navigate to left, select the shape, drag it to right and place in the right position. Hope you understand. 

Hello. I tutor math and often upload a multi page homework pdf. When I write on page one, then change the page, the writing is still visible on top of page 2 (as an overlay). I can erase it, but then it is also erased from page 1. Second problem - I have great difficulty paging through the pdf on the IPad, but not on the PC. Any suggestions? When on the IPad, when I click on the PDF, the page turner does not show up.  Last question - I have difficulty finding where I last wrote on the page? Any suggestions - is there a home button that takes you back! 

When launching the Miro app on my tablet, it seems it locks the orientation in portrait orientation while I’d much rather use it in landscape mode. Is there any way to do that ?

Hi,I am having trouble with printing my mind maps. They come out of the printer but the text is so small and unclear that it is no use. I have enlargend the text on the mindmaps to the size 36 but it is no use. I tried to save it as a image and as a PDF. It doesn’t help even though I made frames.

My company has a Miro subscription. Each team in product design/UX has their own project. On my team, I have a board that I use for most of my projects so I don’t create a new board for every project and have 109238423 boards on our team project. Often, when I share my board, I share my board with other team mates and have to direct them to the place where I’m working. Because I have multiple projects going at once, there’s a lot of stuff on the board, so they can’t naturally find it on their own. I often find myself wanting to share my board from a specific location so whoever I’m working with lands right on the relevant content.Is this possible?

When I try to login to Miro from the Sketch plugin using SSO, I get the normal flow of steps: email, then password, and at the end, once logged in, instead of the little window closing and going back to Sketch, instead it just opens Miro in the tiny login window. I cant click anywhere except on the Cancel button, which closes the window without keeping me logged in 

How to hide toolbar when emebd to website?

We are considering purchasing a Miro license.We plan to have some users test the features of Team and Business licenses.Do I need to purchase a monthly license to use the Team or Business features for a limited time?Or is it possible to try it temporarily?

I am using Angular 6 , and when I tried to embed the below link <iframe [src]='https://miro.com/app/board/o9J_ldxFWKw=/'></iframe> I am getting the below error in console.Refused to display 'https://miro.com/app/board/o9J_ldxFWKw=/' in a frame because it set 'X-Frame-Options' to 'sameorigin'. any help would be highly appreciated.

Is anyone having this problem? Also the copy adn paste issue has now morphed to Post It Notes tool away from just boards.Miro? Same session and this is the result of using the webpage preview tool 

I have 50 Math questions that I want my students to work on. How do I do that with Miro App? I need some idea. What I have in mind is, paste all the 50 questions on the Miro Whiteboard, and then as students are working on their individual questons then I will get them to draw the frame (custom size) so that they can fit their solutions in one page and then export it. But the bigger question is, how to make sure they do not interfere with each other, i’m just afraid that they might mistakenly mess up with another kid questions.

My tool bar with the frame, presentation modes on them has moved to the top of the screen in behind the Miro go to boards bar at the top of the screen and as such i can not use them. Can anyone help me to get it back to the bottom of the screen to allow its use?

If I use symbols on my kanban board and I add cards, the symbols do not stay where they are supposed to stay even if I lock them. I already tried using a frame but that doens’t help either.

Last year I added current students as team members to my education plan.  If I delete these “team members”/former students do they lose access to the creative work and boards that they created for the course? I read that they can still view and comment as a non-team member but i imagine they cannot copy the board content as a non-team member?If this is all true then is there a way to email all team members in bulk to let them know they should copy their work elsewhere as I am about to make them non-team members?Thank you!  

Hi,can I duplicate created content automatically to another part in the Miro Board? For example, if I write something in frame 1, can it be duplicated automatically to frame 5? This would be very helpful and save time. Otherwise I have to copy the content manually.Thanks Christoph

I have been sent a sharing link to review several flowcharts created with Miro.  These were created by a 3rd party delivery partner using a Miro account not operated by myself. I have the option to View the flow charts but that is all (no Editing rights). I would like now to export these flowcharts to a high-quality set of PDFs for archiving.  However the creator of the flowcharts does not have a Miro account that permits this, so I will need to do this using my own Miro account, which as I understand it means that I will need to upgrade my own account.  (To be clear, under the agreement with the 3rd party delivery partner, this Intellectual Property belongs to me in this context).I would like to know what is the least expensive way of achieving this export, bearing in mind that I will have no future use for Miro once these assets have been exported successfully.  In particular, which Upgrade-Export-Terminate option includes this functionality at the lowest possible cost. Many thanks i

If I send the link to a group, they are not able to work in the board. They can see it but not actually do something. What can I do?
