hi! is it possible to hide comments from guest members?

Hi, so I have two emails, that already got added to brand’s teams that aren’t my own brand, so now I can’t have a free plan just for my brand because others have added both of my emails to other teams?I just want to have my brand team.

Hello,  I would like to use a separate group of tags depending on the tool I’m in.  When I choose tags in each tool, they just accumulate.  Is there a way to separate these tags so I only see the tags that I want to see for that tool?

Dear Miro Community,I have a question regarding Wirefame Button element:I would like to change button caption text.while using PC I double-click on button and can edit caption of the button.While using Tablet/Phone if I “double-press” it zooms in the board but I do not know how to change caption while drawing in Tablet.Please advise. Thank you.

Hi, I’m still seeing this bug with my miro frames.  Is anyone else having this problem still? I see that it was fixed 9 months ago, and I have already opened a support ticket earlier today. Trying to find solutions so I can use Miro in a Webinar presentation tomorrow 

Does anyone know if there is a way to switch a Jira card to a Miro card or other shape?ThanksPaul  

Hi, I found a problem on using Miro in my iPad. I used my pencil wrote something, and I try to export them as the pdf, but the button “Export as PDF” is unclickable. I also tried using “Frame” function but it also did not work and the button was still in grey. Restart the app also did not work. Could you help me fix it? Thanks!

Hi! I downloaded the plugin first time couple months ago, but couldn’t get the login working, so I avoided using it, but now I really could use it in my project. I tried again today and it is still not working.So I tried logging out & in to my Sketch, I removed the plugin and installed it again, but nothing helps.I have co-workers in the same Miro team who have created their Miro accounts separately to Miro (instead of using Google) and for them the plugin works. I wouldn’t want to have to create a new account just because this, especially as there is an option to use Google login, so it should work.Can anybody help? Version info:Sketch: Version 86 (142512) Plugin: 1.6.4 OS: macOS 12.3.1 (21E258) Steps:I choose the plugin & login I select “Use Google account” from the popup It asks me to choose an account and give password Then it shows Miro sign up / sign in, I choose sign in and get this: I click the sign in with Google, and then after a short processing I get this: 

I wonder that i am not able to find the possibility to create my own icons für diagramming and to save them into a custom shape-library or shape pack. Is it alrady no feature or am i to blind to find??i wohld have a set of svg files waiting to be used on a miro boad and buildign our owne type of diagramm. :-)Thanks for your helpLes  

When I launched my board today all stacked elements have reflowed.I have a rectangle with a few text elements and some other rectangles layered over it and a table full of content next to that. Today, all of those elements are reflowing across my board and causing the frame to expand significantly.I’ve tried repositioning the elements, but they just cause the reflow to change sort order. Stacking isn’t possible.I usually work in the Mac desktop wrapper, which I updated, but I also tried in-browser (Chrome variant). My board is literally useless right now.

Hello. I have been using the extract PDF function quite a bit lately.However the last PDF i have extracted is not fully loading the content. From a PDF of 27 pages. 3 Pages are showing up as blank white. Have Tried reloading multiple times and refresh with no luck. Has anyone else had such issues? Would love some guidance. Thank you..

Hello Miro Team,The content of flows and connections which were made by me on the Miro Board has been lost. Please let me know the reason behind it.The content from the old flows has been lost while the content of recent flows is still prevailing.

Greetings, I am developing a process flow and have hyperlinked some text to external resources. However, when i download the board as an image or a pdf file, the link DO NOT seem to work. Is there a fix for this? I would want a pdf of the flow with active hyperlinks please.  Thanks!

There’s this huge board and often when I reconnect or zoom around, I will accidentally slightly move a box or make some text look like edited… the history gets messy. Is there a way I can look at the board in a readonly/locked mode? Which I can disable only when I really want to edit something. Presentation mode comes close to this, with the drawback of being a presentation (frame by frame only, without search...)

Is it possible to embed a Miro board into a website such that the board loads without having to click the “See the board” button? 

I recently added the timeline plugin to my companies miro account. Now i wanted to create a timeline, but the plugin is not loading. The developer console states a permission issue to localStorage (seems to relate to iFrames and LocalStorage). I’m using chrome (103.0.5060.134) on MacOS (12.1).  Anyone else has this problem, and maybe a workaround?Also, I can’t find a bug tracker or bug reporting way for miro?Attached is also an image of the situation  

Hello everyone, since weeks, I’m experiencing a cursious problem…I’ve created a board for a PI Planning, and I’m doing an ART Sync with my collegues POs and ScMs using Notes to track changes.Since the beginning of july (maybe end of june), some people can’t display the Note (it’s simply blank, and it’s impossible to save anything in it). Moreover, for those who have this problem, it’s not possible to do any changes in the board… We have check this page : http://websocketstest.com/I’ve reported to the IT team to check if a Rule in the proxy or firewall has changed…has anyone ever had this kind of trouble? I have a licence and I share the board with everyone using a password.Web browser used is ChromeI also tried to duplicate the board but the trouble is still here.For my part, I had this issue one time, and it never came back.

Hi everyone!Is there is any way to export X-Y coordinate data from miro board elements (especially sticky notes)?Ideally to a table (say, CSV)?If there is no way (yet), can it be easily coded or somehow obtained via API? (I have very little expertise.)Reason: Many of the methods I use on miro boards are based on categorizing sticky notes, say by locating them over a continuum or under different categories. This can be complemented by having different folks or different subgroups work over the same elements, to then aggregate their perspectives (social voting / social choice). So, it would be great to have data on position + content of a set of elements (sticky notes), to process more efficiently. This is mentioned as an idea here but I’d love to open the conversation! It would make such a great difference for my work now.

I use a free plan and used to be able to copy frames from archived boards into new ones for elements I wanted to reuse and/ or update. Recently though, I’ve noticed I can no longer do this! Has this functionality been removed? Or is there another way to do this that I’m missing??

Does anyone know if it is possible to retain active, clickable weblinks in a pdf or excel document when I embed it on my Miro board?

Is it possible to duplicate a board and use the “Share it with the same people” but not have the invitations sent?  Or is there a way to copy shares from one board to another? I often need to create a new board and share it with the same group of people.

I am trying to copy a frame and it's contents from a board that I have edit access to and all I get is a "!". I am assuming that "!" means there is an error or it will not allow me to do this operation but there is no help for that...just the "!" no indication of what the error is or how to address it.
