Thanks for asking your question! The first two are templates indeed. It’s quite difficult to describe pros and cons as they are quite subjective. Thus, I recommend you read about both templates in detail and find the answers to “How to use?”, “When to user?”

As for sticky notes, it’s a widget which can be a part of your board. Sticky notes are great for quick brainstorming, taking notes, and arranging information visually. If you are familiar with Kanban boards or other techniques that involve putting stickies on a whiteboard, you will feel right at home.
