My organization has an enterprise licence but does not use SSO.  Since a recent vacation I am unable to use MIRO because the logon insists that I use SSO.  If I use my SSO login, I am connected to a different enterprise but obviously, I have no permissions. I have tried:restarting machine (Windows) using the desktop app using two different browsers (Chrome and Edge) running the browser in incognito mode  using a different device (mobile chrome and miro app on a Samsung mobile)All these produce the same outcome.  As soon as sign in using my work ID, I am told to use SSO.My work help desk have confirmed that we do not use SSO.  They directed me to MIRO support but…..I can’t log a fault as enterprise user, because I can’t log on.  Nice logic trap Miro!I am missing Miro (a lot).  Any suggestions? 

Are there any plans to have board content search for individual users. ive been using Miro from the early days and it feels like the early adopters are being left behind with some features being available to enterprise users.

Hey Hive Mind,Does anyone know if there is currently a way to disable or prevent users from right clicking on a sticky, going to get info, and seeing who wrote it? I read a lot about “private mode” but have not seen anything on the live product side about it. We really need this feature to make the product useful for workshops, retros, post-mortems etc. Any work arounds are welocme.  

As company admin, I can not see all the boards within specific teams. Why is this? 

Hi folks, new to miro.  On my iPad I followed the directions and added the dropbox app from the marketplace but then dropbox does not appear on the upload menu.  So I can’t authorize dropbox or use it in any way.  I restarted the app on the iPad and even restarted the iPad itself but no dice.  I don’t think it has to do with my iPad account as I haven’t even gotten that far.  Can someone see if they can install dropbox and get it working on ios?

Dear allI have created a template for an activity where all participants move using symbols and a number. Key is to stay anonymous.If participants go to the share button and click on ‘share settings’, they would see the alias names but the real email addresses. Hey, I embedded my Gsheet in Miro and it works fine but when I want to do a change or add somethin in the Gsheet directly in Miro it does not work anymore. I have a full license and I am as well the owner of the Gsheet, so I do not understand why I can not do it anymore (some weeks ago it worked!). Hi,Over the past few weeks i have been experiencing an issue whilst copy and pasting in and into Miro APP, since i updated to a new Macbook .When I try to copy and paste within Miro it only pastes the last copied item from any other software. I can only clear it by restarting the Macbook and whilst using Miro, not copying and pasting in any other software.I have reinstalled, logged out and in, Updated IOS… the problem always returnsAny ideas in how to fix?

While working with a team on a new feature, we wanted to add a template for a brainstorming session to an existing board. The new template has been created on top of other elements already present on the board.It got me wondering - what’s the point of placing the template above other elements, shouldn’t it by default always land on the very bottom as a basis for other stuff? Is there maybe an option to configure that in the application? Would make our lives much easier ;)

Is there a limit to the duration for which we can get the audit logs events using the getLogs API. For example, if I wanted to get all the events from 1st January 1970 to now, would I be able to do that? or is there an upper limit to the duration for which the audit logs are stored on Miro’s end?

Hello, I am a narrative designer, it is very important for me to quickly create shapes and non-linear diagrams. In MS Viso, this can be done with a couple of clicks if you move the mouse cursor to the point (picture 1). There are problems with this in Miro: firstly, the duplicate figure is at a great distance from the original, and secondly, you cannot choose a different shape (picture 2). For example, I want a triangle to appear after the rectangle. Or, I want a red rectangle to appear after the blue rectangle. But I can not. Help me please. Thanks

I am using the REST API to upload images to Miro automatically, but I can only figure out how to do this from a public server. I’d like to know if it’s possible to do this while keeping the data completely private. I am doing a data science project where I am automatically generating reports for sports players based on their performance data. I am generating the reports on Miro so that my client can edit them before exporting to pdf. I have a large number of plots, which I need to put on Miro automatically when a python script is run. My script works great when I use publicly accessible URLs on my personal website, but now we’re starting to work with sensitive data, so that’s not ideal. I know it’s unlikely that anyone is going to find unlisted images on a tiny website, but I need to be able to reassure my client that their data is very safe. On my board I have selected a small voting area and filtered the voting content to ‘shapes’.However when I start the vote there are + plus buttons shown against the bottom of all the content.  Whilst this content cannot be voting on, it makes the vote very confusing for the user.Is there a way of hiding + buttons against content not included in the voting area?Many thanks,Lorraine
