Hello MIRO Community,

When I am using MIRO app on my MacBook and I click on the Timer, it does not bring up the Timer and the icon remains blue.  It also removes the map from the bottom of the board. 

This has only started to happen the last 3 weeks.  Has anyone have this happen to them?

I prefer to use the app, but I think as a stop gap, I can use the web version of MIRO.

Could you please take the following steps to Reset the Desktop App data on your device?
 
Click Miro in the top menu and choose Reset application data as shown in the screenshot below:
 

After that, log in to the Miro desktop app, try to use the timer again and share your results with us.
 
If the issue persists, please delete all app files from your system and download the latest version from here: https://miro.com/apps/.
