Hi folks,I’d like to change the Office365 credentials using to enter the Miro app. If I click on the Office Icon I an not asked which office profile / account I like to use. It uses always the same account. As I am part of two teams/companies with two accounts in Miro  - and must change the access. Thanks.Klaus

Everytime I try to edit the first line of text, it appears at the end of the exisitng text.  THis is basic stuff - fix text editing 

Is there a way to import the photo and then have it have a text caption that is visible and moves along with the photo?

Will the domain allow list still be respected if we enable Guest editors in our enterprise account?So only people on our domain can be invited as Guest editors on a board. 

Hello everyone, hope someone can help me out here. I have a consultant plan, and a board on which i have added “Guest Editors”, i.e. registered users who can access only a single board in my team, they are not added to the team. I created a small websdk app, which i want my guest editors to use, however, when i share the link with them to authorize, they cannot. Miro says the app cannot be authorized for the team. The app is installed and authorized for the team, and as board owner & team owner, i can authorize and use it, only other’s on my board can’t.  Is there a way for them to use it?  thanks 

Hi there.Our company has several teams in Miro. However, the person who administers all teams is the same, so we would like to avoid paying for the same guy several times.Is there a possibility to have a “shared” admin for multiple teams so we can pay for his license only once?Thanks!

The flags, under Emojis, appear just as country code letters.Is there something I need to install to make them appear?I’m using Miro on Windows 10 Edge Browser Version 92.0.902.84 (Official build) (64-bit). 

We are running on-premise JIRA servers in version 9.0.0 an 9.1.0 and after the update from version 8.x the JIRA Cards Plugin stopped working. I tracked the issue to the deprecation of a REST API point by following the trail of errors in the Browser Console on our Miro boards.The endpoint on JIRA Server side in question is:{JIRA_SERVER_URL}/rest/api/2/issue/createmetaThe error message, which comes from the JIRA Server itself, is piped through the Miro JIRA Cards API point to the browser, so I could track it down. I'm trying to get all members of an organization.we have more than 100 users in the organization. I've downloaded the CSV to double-check it. we have an enterprise planExpected:limit of 100 users per request cursor field in JSON response for the subsequent requestIssue:there is no cursor field in the JSON response. It only returns when I use the query cursor in the request. Maybe it should return next_cursor or always return cursor. To make the pagination work, I had to get the ID of the last user in the array and set the cursor in the query. My suggestion here is to have a section in the documentation explaining how the pagination works. Are the free plan members will be able to be invited / access a private board?

The icons do not open, they are just white and they are only downloaded when I move them to the board. Everything was OK before. Anyone else experiencing this now? 

Something has changed such that I can only create hollow objects and change the color of their borders, whereas before I was creating solid objects and I could change the fill color. How do I change from hollow shapes back to solid shapes?

For example, I wrote something on a big board. Now how to communicate to a team member that I want him to read that,  and he also should be able to give me a sign back that he finished reading or that he saw the new stuff. For now I am leaving colored sticky notes everywhere on the board for each team member at the new stuff they have to read or inspect, and they delete the sticky note when they finished inspecting the new change.Is this something anyone can relate to? If yes, how do you deal with it? Is there a better function for that than with stickies or comments?Thank you.

By accident I changed my team size from 2 to 10 by selecting an invoice instead of credit card. Now I cannot change my team size back to 1 member because my payment is under invoice.  I’m stuck I cannot change the payment method either. The option is not there and I think it’s because I got a special plan that was free for one-year (converting from apps something).  

Hi everyone,I recently started using Miro and started with the Warmups template. But I am a little stuck at the presentation point.I would like to know how I could use the different sections separately when presenting via Google Meet. How do I break it up because currently when I click present all the sections appear together. Do you zoom in on the different sections and allow participants to type in?Any other suggestions will be greatly appreciated. Is it so that SCIM won’t apply updates to the users who were not provisioned via SCIM?I’m trying to implement following setup on our Enterprise account:- any user is allowed to sing-in via SSO, leading to Free Restricted profile creation- members of a specific Azure AD group get Full license via SCIM updateIt look like SCIM would ignore the users if they were not provisioned by SCIM earlier. Is it how it’s expected to work or does it look like an issue? In case of the former, is there any method to implemet the desired configuration?

Is there an integration with Miro and Zoom Rooms? Specifically, I am looking to bring up Miro boards from a room controller without having to use sharing from a laptop. I.e…. someone could be editing the board from an ipad while the room account begins the share from the Zoom Room controller.Thanks!

When I open Miro in Safari/MacBook and I want to zoom out of a board then Safari zooms out all Tabs I have open in my browser instead of the Miro board ! Is quite painful and especially during meetings I can't zoom in and out with Trackpad ! How can I solve this ?
