Hi,I couldnt find anywhere that I can use all templates with Team Plan. I would like to use BPMN model however it says that Busines, Enterprise and Consultant plans can use it only. There is no consultant plan and nothing says anything about Team Plan. Can you help me understand how can I use BPMN model? 

Whenever I try to share a board in Google Meet and click Anyone can edit under Embed with access settings, a new tab appears in Chrome but it does not have Google Meet integration in the new tab. The Google Meet tab takes me back to the Search board/New board view. There is no Invite to collaborate button Takes me to a separate Miro Tab with no Meet IntegrationMeet tab returns to Search board/New board

So we've been working on a board today and discovered there is a HUGE difference in quality using the ‘copy as image’- feature between MacOS and Windows (both using the Miro App). We've both copied the same frame and here you see the difference. Above is Windows, below is MacOS. Dear Miro do you have any idea what is going on here and how to solve this? Is there something I can do on Windows to get the same quality?

The “Change item type” button is failing right now (the one on the left side of the context menu). The UI leaves the original item type icon and places the changed item type icon on top of it. Also: Third Party App icons are showing up 2X large in the toolbar.    Are others seeing this? 

Hi Miro masters,When I type into the different boxes in the Brainwriting boxes, it automatically reduces or increases the size of the font, depending on the number of words and the length of the words. (That is, it reduces the font size if there are more number of words in the box. Think four separated Yes and No questions, but enable voting on a yes box and a no box. Is this possible? Seems pretty basic, but can’t seem to get it to work. 

I want more space between the grid lines and left aligned text - is there a setting?

I use Miro for different courses. I the past I was able to create new teams. But it seems that I lost this ability. Does anyone know how te create a new team (as not in person of a company)?Thanks for the help in advance!

Hey guys ! I have a grid which I already defined in terms of size, content etc.. But for some reason when I double click a cell and add text it, the text immediately disappears after I’m done. If I create a new grid it seems fine. Wondering if anyone knows what’s the issue here? Thanks !

Hello,I am trying to add notes from a google doc to notes in Miro. It works sometimes and other times it erases everything I’ve pasted in my notes panel immediately after I paste it.I am pasting a bulleted list 

Trying to copy Emoji onto board and they wont drag or copy.  Stickers do without issue.  What might be causing this?

How do I do this without enlarging the whole shape?

It seems if the card has been manually resized at some point, the API call will either get ignored (response returns the size set, but item on canvas does not change) or it returns a nonsensical error.Is this a bug in the API?

is there a way to build in hiding/revealing of shapes and lines in a flow chart as part of a presentation?  we’d like to present our flow chart as part of a presentation, walking the viewers through the steps, but given that there’s alot of extra data in the final overall view, we’d like to only reveal items relevant to the topic of each slide.  Short of duplicating everything into multiple slides and deleting items, is there a way to do this?  like, have a base, background chart, and then in each slide, select what’s visible and not visible?

How do I resize the control panel? Its huge & so clunky that I can’t use the program anymore

I use Miro 10 hours/day for my role leading Design Thinking at Bose. Today, the majority of my boards are freezing when I zoom in to the point where I need to quit the app and rejoin. I use the Miro iPad app exclusively and have never had this issue before. It seems to be happening more often or sooner on some boards than others, but it’s a fairly consistent problem overall. Anyone else having this issue? 

I am creating this post to track some inconsistent behaviour regarding pasting spreadsheet cells on to a Miro board.The expected result is that the cells appear as Sticky Notes on the board. However, there have been some reports that Text objects are being created instead. My test data as two cells in Excel, Excel web app, and Google Sheets:I then pasted a single cell (the one with “one” in it) and then both cells at the same time.I did this in both the latest 64-bit stable Chrome and Miro desktop app from Windows 11.From my tests, I consistently got plan text when pasting a single cell from Google Sheets.Results:Chrome Desktop app Tagging @Kerrin and @JonoB here as they had reported the issue in an older post.

Curious if anyone else has this issue.When I run the Miro plugin in Figma, I never get the button to log in. I just see a loading spinner that never resolves.I’ve tried restarting Figma and signing in and out of Miro in my browser but am unable to get past the loading spinner. Any help much appreciated.Loading Spinner 

I would like to select a source shape then select multiple destination shapes. Then have Miro draw either a line with multiple heads to each of the destinations or simply draw multiple lines for me to each of the destinations. Creating one to many lines is time consuming and tedious.

HiI have a user who’s name is listed as Guest. They were a guest on a board and I deleted their account and invited them as a full member and their account name still comes up with the name Guest. How can I change the users account name from Guest to be the users actual name, which is the way all the other user accounts are?
