@Acordov11 - I am writing this from my mobile phone otherwise I would include a screenshot, but if you hover your mouse/cursor over the icon you should get a tooltip popup that tells you it is the show/hide collaborators cursors action.

With this on, you will see the cursor (and name) of any other editors currently on the board.
