I’ve been experiencing this for an hour now. Miro is just loading and loading but never loads in. Just checked status page shows everything is up and running but I still cannot load in anything.

Thanks for the help.

@zsofia - Perhaps your issue is similar to this post (seems to be for people with certain versions of macOS + Chrome):

https://community.miro.com/ask-the-community-45/cannot-load-anything-loading-screen-has-been-going-for-over-half-an-hour-5039

If not, there is likely something stuck in the browser cache and I would suggest clearing it - here are some instructions on how to do this in a number of browsers:

https://www.pcmag.com/how-to/how-to-clear-your-cache-on-any-browser

Other things to try to isolate the problem:

  • Sign in through a Private/Incognito browser window to see that that clears things up.
  • Disable any VPN
  • Disable any firewall/antivius software
  • Try a different internet connection, e.g., Wi-Fi hotpot
  • Try the Miro desktop app

Thanks Robert, I’ve just updated Chrome as I wanted to check if this solves the issue, and it did. Thanks a lot for your recommendations too.

Have a nice day,

Zsófi

I was experiencing this on both web and desktop app. Web has since resolved itself (when I cleared my cache), but my desktop app still seems to be caught on this loading animation loop. Any suggestions for what to do to resolve this on the app?

extensions in chrome seem to be causing this to happen (chrome browser on chrome os).   i uninstalled the drive chrome extension and it resolved it.   others have had the same issue with different chrome extensions.
