Hi, I worked with my team on a whiteboard before summer break back in July and now after we are all back I want to invite fo rthe next session and I saw that the white board is empty. How can i restore it?thx HP

I am working on a User Story Map (USM), using the template, and cannot create a new User Activity (Epic), ie the Blue top-row cards, on my USM board.  I already have 3 User Activities and a number of Tasks below each of them.  I also have some stories under some of the Tasks.  However, when I attempt to create a 4th User Activity, by clicking the plus (+) icon to the right of my 3rd User Activity, a 4th card flashes up, but disappears before I can type anything in it.   Why is this? I have used Miro User Story Map successfully before, over a year or two, and haven’t seen this problem before. 

Is there a way to share Miro boards to people with different languages ? (so they can read the board in their languages). Maybe a Weglot integration would provide that ?Thanks a lot for your tips

When I try to move pictures on the board, they don’t move at once as I press the left button an start moving them. The cursor moves, but the picture doesn’t move, it needs up to 5-10 seconds to move from one part of the board to another, Th Internet connection is Ok, other functions work well.

When I search for a frame then click on the result, then hit search again, the previous search is prepopulated in the search bar and not highlighted. This means I have to highlight the search text and delete it before entering the new search term. I should be able to hit search and start typing straight away

Hi everyone,I recently purchased a Miro plan, and my team is wondering if there is a way to turn the cursors off for everyone who enters the board. We are planning to have many anonymous editors utilizing the board at once. I know that you can direct each individual to turn the cursors off, but I was hoping there was a way to have it automatically off for every person who enters the board.Thanks!

Hi,I have a table in my google sheet which fits nicely in a portrait ‘print’ view, but when I upload this to my Miro board it defaults to a landscape with lots of blank columns and then other rows now only visible if user clicks through to other pages.Can I change this, so that the view of the table is driven by my print settings in google sheet or have a way to change this within Miro itself.ThanksW

I am trying to export/embed a Miro board into Visio or PowerPoint and it must be editable.  I cannot figure out how to do this for PowerPoint and would appreciate step by step instructions.  Thank you! 

We have three departments that use Miro, thus creating 3 teams. 2 are paid and 1 is free. I made a pitch to our business to upgrade to Business. They did! (Yay!) My assumption was that those existing teams would be able to upgrade at no cost. That doesn’t seem to be the case even though I am now a licensed use and everyone on my team will be as well. However, what I’m finding is that I will need to create projects under the one Company team that is upgraded to Business. Is this correct?Furthermore, does this mean that if everyone in the company (regardless of departments) is under one Team, we can’t break those out into smaller sections or well, teams? Especially if they want to keep their work private. If the later is the case, what is the standard work on how to keep each departments’ work separate?  Thank you!

I am creating an application using WEBSDK ver1.0.When you open the application you created, a sidebar appears. When you select a line from the sidebar and drag it to the board, a dashed line should appear, but a normal line appears.When I reload the application, it changes to dashed lines.The WEBSDK ver1.0guide says to set it to "1" to output dashed lines, is there something else I need to do?

I'd like to be able to click on an object and have it bring up x number of image "states" that I could select. Example:An object on my Miro board contains two states, Heads and TailsThe object is on my Miro board showing an image for HeadsI click on the object and a menu showing Heads, Tails appears. I click on Tails.The object now shows the image for Tails. Is there a feature or workflow for this that already exists? 

I'd like to add an item with a value to my board, and be able to add other items that are clones of it. Example:I add an item (the "Original") with the text "+2" to my Miro boardI create a new item that is a Mirror of the "+2" item.I make a change to the Original item, changing the text to "+3"The mirror item now reads "+3" Is there a feature or Miro or app that does this? 

Hi there, I have tried googling this issue and can’t seem to find a fix or any notes on what I might be doing wrong, so thought I’d check here first!I added a table to my MIRO board and filled it with screenshots and text etc, and now I can’t drag it to a new place in the board.I’m getting the error message “Adding this type of widgets to table is not supported”, which I have no idea what this means! :(Can anyone help me? I’m a bit new to MIRO so fully expecting this is a ‘me’ problem 😅Thanks!

How to do it?

When I am on a board, I cannot right click MIRO in the upper left corner and open it in the new tab. You can click/right click on a board and get a menu that says open in new tab. I want to open the boards dashboard from within a board to a new tab instead of leaving the current board I am working on.
