Lost features since I got a new laptop - Business User/Corporate Account.Can no longer get the duplicate icon, may be others they haven’t quite registered as yet.Anyone any experience of this - what did you do to resolve?

Hello All,I have two classrooms where the majority of the students can access Miro with the shared link.Several students in both classes have said they were asked to request permission and I have never received their requests. Also a student who previously accessed the board was asked to request permission.Team signup mode is currently on ‘invitation only’ and ‘enable team invite link’ is toggled on in invitation settings.I will invite the students who cannot access the board individually though does anyone have any suggestions or have gone through the same issue?Best, KG

Hi all, For workshops, we like to allow invited participants to see who else is registered to the event, as a way of building the community, before the workshop happens (and of course, during).Is there a way to do this with Miro? Hi, I’m a very curious software developer. And I just wondered which canvas library Miro uses. Do you know anything about it? I saw a comment in reddit, It was saying that miro uses p5js. Is that correct?

Hello, all!Is there a way to add comments inside cards? I'd like to see the comments the board collaborators leave when they expand the card, check its content and have something to say about it. I would like to tie two boards  together. There are some tickets/stick notes, etc. with some notes that I like to use in another board. I also want to add such attributes as Priority, Weight, etc. that can be referenced from one miro board to another board. 

When I try and follow the instructions on how to create a Modal Pop-Up, I receive the following message and the modal does not display when creating a new board:Miro didn't create this app.Miro has not reviewed this app or its permissions.Please let me know how I can get the modal to work as explained in the documentation.

Hello everybody, after SSO was activated, my team cannot login anymore with the team mail adress (for shure because the team email adress is not an outlook account you could do SSO with). So I have the problem, that I cannot reach my boards anymore. Is it possible that one of the Mironeers can move all my boards to another account I can login to? Thank you in advance,Simon

Hi,I’m trying to see if we’d like to invest in Miro or not. One key feature would be the ability to name a voting session.Is that possible? If so, will participants see the name of that voting session (e.g. Vote for the spiciest ideas)?Thanks in advance, Vince

Hi all, Recently, my M1 MacBook Pro have started lagging like crazy (around 1-2 FPS) in Chrome (Version 106.0.5249.21 (Official Build) beta (arm64)).This did not happen until last week, so not sure what might have caused it. What I’ve noticed is that the GPU utilisation rushes to 100% once I open a miro board, and the entire MacBook becomes unresponsive. I tried restarting my Mac, updating Chrome, making sure my Mac is at the latest version (12.5.1 (21G83)), but no change. Does anyone face the same issue or know how to fix? Just an FYI, using the miro electron app does not have this issue for me, but I prefer using the browser version, so wanna know what I can do from my side to resolve this.

While trying to upload a jpeg file in the board it thorws an error that says that the request has been blocked. 

I’m a big user of the Ctrl-2 to zoom to a selected object. However, it stopped working today. I went to the help article from the dashboard/? and it confirmed Ctrl-2. However, when I go to the gears in a board and click shortcuts, it now seems that Alt-2 is the zoom. I can’t find any reference to it being changed.

I like to use tags to help participants make sense of the many ideas on the board.In real life, I would give people x number of red sticky dots for "spicy" ideas, x number of green sticky dots for safe ideas etc.Then this allows us to see what the group feels about the ideas, and makes the "spiciest" or "safest" ideas stand out.How might I do this on Miro? Since a tag can only be applied "once" (if someone has already deemed an idea 'spicy' I cannot 'add' another tag that says spicy, I can only remove the tag).Thanks in advance for your help!

Since months I have a problem with the stickies on my iPad using the miro app. I cannot see any text on the stickies as you can see it on the screenshots. The overview shows that there is a text but when I zoom in every text is hiding. I have really no idea what to do. 

I created a board a few weeks ago, and did not share it with anyone. I wasn't working in a team, I was solo. Today, I clicked on the board, and a notification popped up, telling me I did not have permission to access that board, and I had to ask it to its owner. But I am the sole owner! Now the board is gone, and I tried everything in Miro's support page, and nothing works. I was working on the downloaded app, so I can't find a link to it. I was working on the free plan, I don't know if this explains anything, but I really need to access that board again, it has a lot of work done in there. If anyone has an idea of what may have happened, I would really appreciate it. Thank you.

I shared 2 of my boards with the team, but I don’t need anyone to have access to them. How do I “movie” these boards to my personal space instead of a team?

Hello! I have a free account and 3 boards are enough for me, but one of my board has become a view only, I duplicated it and it was said that another one will become a view only, I accepted but the one that I tried to duplicate hasn't appeared and now I have just one board that I can edit 😪

When the board Zoom shows 100% it is zoomed so far in that you see nothing.   I can’t find a way to change that.   Set Start View sets the view so you can see everything but the Zoom shows <1%I’m using a web browser and the browser is set to 100%

It would be amazing to be able to convert sticky note content into a comment in place, rather than attaching a comment to an existing sticky. Is this already possible? Can’t find anything in the docs.CheersPaul

Hi there, I lost my board ownership or the possibility to edit by leaving a team by accident.Being new to Miro I didn’t realise I created a board in a university team and I wanted to take the board out so that it is not seen by everyone in the Team (500 people). I left the team not realising the board ownership.I still have access to the board with the board link but I can’t edit as the team has reach the free plan limit - and to upgrade costs 4,000$ (due to team size). The ownership of my board has gone to the team admin by default, and this person is not responding to email. I only have 2 boards but I don’t mind paying for a personal membership, but if I do that will I be able to edit and move my board out of this University group not having ownership over the board I created? Many thanks for the help here!
