None of my guest users can edit in the Notes section. I logged in through my free account to test and got a notification that the Notes section is now “View Only Mode: Notes have been disabled in your organization.” 
I can’t figure out how to turn that feature back on (even though I didn’t turn it off in the first place).

Anyone else having this issue? How did you fix it?

To clarify: This is happening for Visitors, not Guests.

I will create a support ticket and reply back here with what the support team tells me.

As it turns out, I have a request that's open with our development team currently to investigate this issue. I really appreciate your report, as it allowed me to reproduce the message with the visitors condition, and as such I have been able to escalate this to our tech team for further investigation.
