    Assuming you are on a paid subscription you can open a Miro support request here: Submit a request – Miro Support & Help Center

    However, unless this is an issue which only Miro support can address such as a billing matter, you are likely to get quicker support through this community as a number of “power” Miro users regularly respond to queries.
