Hello,

I do not have access to my board.
It always comes the error message that I have to make an access request to the owner, although I am the owner. When I then make the request, the message comes that it has been sent, but shortly after that the error message appears that the board is deleted. But in my dashboard this is no longer preserved and can not be restored.

i cant conatct the miro sopport team. Somehow, the contact-form doesnt show up when i click on it


@Guest9743 - A few scenarios to consider:

  1. You were invited to another team, created the board in that team, and then were deleted from that team. Even if you were deleted from a team and immediately re-added, as soon as the “delete” action happened, you were no longer the owner of any assets/content in the team.
  2. You have more than one Miro account profile, e.g., profile A and profile B. You created the board while signed in under profile A, but are trying to access the board using profile B (and either the board’s team access was set to “No access” OR “profile B is no longer a member of the team).

wouldnt it be possible just to reset this board and give me access again?
