Recently, there have been users that could not access boards to which they have had access previously.  When the board is shared with them again, they are able to access and contribute as normal.  Any idea why they may periodically have trouble accessing a board, resulting it the need to have the board re-shared with them?  

@Annemarie Wright - One explanation could be the following, if all of these conditions are true:

  • you are on an Enterprise Plan subscription of Miro
  • the users were invited to the boards as Guests
  • they had not accessed the boards in the last 30 days
  • your plan’s Company Admin has Automatically deactivate Guests enabled
