Suddenly some objects cannot be selected.I have not locked them.Is there any cause other than locking that prevents selection?All but a few objects are grayed out. 

There are so many features I can't find the features I need. I used to use icons to prototype applications (icons, pictures, buttons, etc.) but now I can't find it all! 

hi support,MIRO has been working at least in the last 3 months on my M1 computer (Monterey) on Chrome version Version 107.0.5304.110 (arm64). All of sudden, it stopped working. MIRO site loaded, and I am able to login, but the dashboard or any other board wouldn’t load. Hello Ops Leaders!  My partner shared this video with me recently about Ask vs. Guess communication styles: Thought this was fascinating to look at through the lens of a leader. It gave me a lot to think about when it comes to understanding how to best delegate tasks and work with your direct reports. Funny enough my partner considers me Guess in our personal life but Ask in my work life 🤣 I’m curious to learn from you all:Would you consider yourself having the Ask or Guess communication style? Does it differ for you depending on your environment? Could we turn this into a fun ice breaker template in Miro? 

I’m sure this is simple, but when users access the online link changes are made to the registry files on the local device accessing the software. To be clear, this is not the desktop app but online. Why are changes being made to the registry? Thank you

Multiple people have joined Miro, as paid subscribers, independently of one another and all work at the same company and use emails of the same domain address.We are experiencing difficulty in sharing boards between paid subscribers of the same company but in different teams and company profiles. It appears that not all employees of the same single company are available to be added without purchasing additional subscriptions. This is resulting in people being multi-billed for the same Miro service.Please advise on how to:add paid subscribers (who are not paid via my credit card) to be active members of my Miro team. add paid subscribers of my company, but not paid via my subscription bundle, to be a contributor to a given board (via the desktop app). merge the multiple paid subscription teams within the same single company to the same single subscription.

How to add an emoji to the sticker so that it was placed on the sticker as text, that is, without grouping. The example of the sticker from the templates for CJM is given below, but I can't do it the same way, I need to group it, and it's very uncomfortable. 

Last week our team was experiencing some flakiness with the connection lines on our Miro board. Some could see the lines and others could not. We found that if we made the lines thicker then some could see them again but we have lines all over our board and this is not something we can do. I couldn’t figure out what was going on so I downloaded the Miro app on my PC to see if that helped and unfortunately I had the same problem. Then eventually they magically started appearing again. Yesterday some of my teammates were unable to see them again and today they are gone for me. What the heck is going on?!?! This is driving me nuts and making my work very challenging!! Anyone else experiencing issues like this?

Hey’ll! I lost access to my own board. When I try to view at least this content Miro displays “No access to board” and show me options to ask access to my own email. I’m not even receiving this email request on my email account.Has anyone here who could help me?

I had access to two teams on Miro, but after I received access to a new team, the other two does not show up on the left side list and I can’t access them.Same thing happened when I received access for the second one- first team disappeared from my list.Any help?

I do not think this is a bug, however for my use case it makes things a little more tricky. Goal: To copy and paste a frame, which contains textboxes, other frames and images. Steps to recreate: Set up a parent frame. Add a textbox and frame (the child frame) inside. Copy the parent frame. What I want: Everything within the parent frame to be copied and pasted, include the “child” frame. Actual Result: Any “child” frame inside the parent is not copied, but all other content (images, textboxes, icons, etc.) is. The current workaround I have found is to just click and drag to select the entire parent frame, which will select everything (include the child frame) within it, copy and paste that. Does anyone have any suggestions on a different way to do this? I’m using “child” frames because I need the content inside of it to be modular (i.e. at times I need to just copy the child frame and everything inside - much easier with 1-click and copy vs. selecting everything within it).See video of

Hi guys!First things first: I am a great fan and I use Miro a lot! Thanks for our great work!Here‘s one thing which I think would be worth to change: When I work with a mindmap in my Miro App (on an iPad with iOS), and I Create a new sub-branch, I have always to first click outside the box and then click in the box again, before I can write anything. That seems uncomfortable to me! Can you make it that I can start writing immediately after I have created a new sub-branch!? Thanks a lot in advance Thorge

I want to make a swimlane diagram i insert two shapes and when i draw a connection line between them the line disappeari try this in simple table and it doesn’t worki draw to column and two row and i put a shape in c1 and the other in c2 i couldn’t draw line to connect them

Hey, yesterday we discovered participants of the workshops couldn't join the video chat. Do you know how to fix it?

When trying to add a template from Miroverse, it seems my only option is to have it create a new board (this creates unnecessary clutter). Am I missing something? Is there a way to add directly to an existing board? I’m talking about from the site as the miroverse selection in the product is limited and forces you to the site to see more.

About 4 or so hours ago, I noticed that I no longer have object alignment guidelines. This is making it difficult on my current board as I have many shape objects to align.This is within a swim lane flow, but I think we refer to this as tables? So, these objects are within a table? I did see something about this not being allowed, but on an old article. Up until 4 hours ago, it did work.Has something changed today to stop this? Is it temporary or a permanent thing?

Hey everyone,I saw that this topic was mentioned 2 years ago and it wasn’t possible to have it then.Did you maybe manage to implement the drop down menu on the Miro boards in the meantime?This would be a great feature and addition to have since, for example: I would like to use the “Product Vision Template” but instead of making hundreds of sticky notes, I would organise it with fixed frame sections (that can be moved up/down, left/right), that have drop down menu next to the Text box. Then those drop down fields to be mandatory or optional..I hope this make sense :D In case this is not possible, it would be great if you have any suggestion on how can I create something like this?Thanks in advance!

Very excited about the new activities integration inside Google Meet. However, I have been unable to have it work on my end, while the rest of my team can get it to work. I have run all the normal troubleshooting steps and still have had no success, with me getting the message “Can’t bring the call here”. I am a co owner of the Miro account, and am an admin in Google workspace. What are some additional troubleshooting steps you would recommend? Additionally, can only meeting participants bring the call into the board, not the host? Thank you for your help.

Hi,  I work for a Higher Education institution where we have a lot of interest in using Miro within the context of professional support services (e.g. scrum teams, UX/UI designers). All the work supports the delivery of education to students, but it doesn’t directly involve teaching activities. I wanted to confirm if the Education license can be used for this purpose? Looking at the Terms and Conditions of the license it does refer to it being available to ‘staff members’ of educational institutions, but I wanted to confirm this before we start using Miro within professional services teams. Many thanks

Hello,I just began to use Miro recently and created new boards last week.When I got back to it today, all the links (internal to objects and external to sites) I created has disappeared from all the boards! Exept for one, with a mistake I corrected before leaving the board on friday…I tried to recreate the links but everytime I leave the board, the links has disappeared again when I reopen !Does anyone now if it is a frequent issue? Do you know how to restore the links and make them stay?BTW, I am still using the free version because I am testing the tool. Is there maybe a limit of links in free version?And there has been only me working on these boards for the moment.Thank you for the help.

Hi,I am trying to capture miro board without loosing any data field but  the challenge is I want to do this  without using Miro UI(from backed api call or if there is any other way).please help me to find out this solution and let me know if that can be done from backend or frontend(but without using miro) ?

Hi miro team,we use the Condtional Access feature, that only allows to pass SSO, when the device is a company known device. Web access works great, means Edge is able to pass on all details needed. Below you can see the device ID is missing. But the Miro Desktop Client, does not send all the details during the authentication process.currently we only stick to the web version, but maybe its useful for you to know.
