I hadn’t created an account yet but I was using a board and then it got locked, and it presented to me a button that said : Sign up for free to unlock it.
So I clicked on it, and created a free account and it didn’t unlock it. I refreshed the page and it didn’t work, and when I looked at my boards the locked one wasn’t there, so I don’t know what to do.
