Hello!
The company has two boards, one is free and the other is paid.
I need to remove the free one and leave only the paid one.
But the problem is that the admin of the free board is not me, but a former colleague who no longer works with us.
Tell me what can I do in this case?

Thank you for raising this query to us, here’s how you can sort this case.

  1.  If you are the Admin, you have the right to remove the board > transfer the board ownership and delete the board.
  2. If you are NOT the Admin, you may reach out to your Admin > you can find who is your Admin in the Team settings > ask the Admin to remove that user and delete the board.
  3. If you are NOT Admin and the Admin left the company, kindly reach out to your IT to restore access to the board owner’s email > reset password for that Miro account > use the credentials that your IT provided then log in and delete the board.
