+1My and my students’ cursor started leaving a trail on my and my students’ boards last Wednesday (Dec 21). I’ve found the same problem in one topic (https://community.miro.com/ask-the-community-45/resolved-glitch-on-miro-board-where-the-cursor-trails-are-repeating-7309), the problem was fixed by Miro team that time. Please help me fix this :)
+7Does this happen regardless of how you access Miro (e.g. browser, desktop app)? Does it happen on one board or multiple boards?
In case it is a general issue affecting multiple boards and clearing browser history & cache doesn’t fix it, I’d recommend opening a support request with Miro here: Submit a request – Miro Support & Help Center
