How does Miro avoid creation of duplicates with the 2 way push between Miro-Jira (i.e., duplicate objects from Miro to Jira and also Jira to Miro)? Perhaps @Shubangi Sunder has some more info or a video explaining how creating duplicates are avoided in either app (JIRA or Miro)?Thanks.

We are on the business plan, when I select the + sign I only have the option to join teams. There is no option to create new Teams? I am the admin as originally setup the account, we are on the business plan. 

Hi I did Jovonee King’s recent webinar on “Miro for the Workshop Leader”. It was really interesting and the frames Jovonee used were great.We were supplied the presentation board but when I open it comes up with “You are on this board as visitor, which gives you view-only access”.Is there a way to copy some frames instead of my having to duplicate myself?

Hello everyone,I am new to Miro and so far I like it very much!!I was introduced to it last summer at an academic event and I am interested in using Miro for my own research.I would like to use Miro for presenting my PhD artistic research practice and already see its infinite possibilities. I have a few very important for me questions before committing to it and start creating on it:The mural I will create will be my actual PhD thesis, which will have to able to be downloaded in its whole in pdf form! So, the downloading possibilities and pdf conversion of every detail is super important for me! For example, I am watching all videos and resources and have not seen if that will be possible for word.documents I will be uploading. I tried that and the first page only of the document was converted. I suppose that alternatively I can put the document separately next to the converted mural?I also want to make sure that all links on mural will be clickable when I convert to pdf.What about oth

Hi, is anyone aware of any icon libraries or templates for electrical or mechanical engineering?

Is anyone seeing their Miro Boards Refreshing for no reason? In my case without warning during a Miro Command the Board will Refresh. The event is not typical in the sense I do not get the Notification about Browser Disconnecting and Miro Reconnecting.Cc: @Robert Johnson 

I import a mind map template and I want to fill in with color the box but I can’t. The tool only allow me to  change the external color outline, not to fill in with a color. Any idea how this can be done?Thank you  

Hi  I am a Product Owner. I use Miro to explain complex features (Process, workflow and UI perspective) to various stakeholders including Senior Leadership, Marketing and Sales, and Development teams.  It would be great if there is a integration with some design tools like zeplin or figma, where, I, as a MIRO user, can tweak the existing designs (imported into MIRO via design tools or other means) without needing a designer to do these tweaks in the design tools and then importing them to MIRO. Just the basic actions like adding a radio button/new line item to an existing design or removing an element from an existing design. Just so that the thinking around the “new design concept” can be visual shown to various stakeholders. For example, I want to pitch to MIRO decision makers that we need a new toggle button on the MIRO profile page for “XYZ” feature. If I have a design of the profile page in my MIRO board, I can simply use the new feature to add a toggle button to visually show the

The Miro process flow is not as rich as Visio 2010 9or higher is) so we still use Visio for lot of process mapping work - how can we integrate Visio in Miro?

Why is Miro so laggy and slow? It is un-useable at the moment, taking several seconds to move sticky notes, pan around the board.

I think that mapple.io allows you to create a table from your diagram, but in my case I want something that links a table to a diagram on a frame, so that updates to the diagram reflects in the table, and changes to the table reflects in the diagram. For example, you start off with this linked diagram and tableAnd then decide you want to add a box C from A in the diagram, which should then automatically update to the table to give something like this:or you could add the cells A and C in the second row of the table, and the diagram automatically generates a box C from A, which you can then move around however you wish. I’m hoping there’s an easy tool to do this, so if anyone knows of one that’s not too complex to integrate (like mappl.io), let me know 🤘 PS. if a quick fix or tool doesn’t spring to mind, and you know of something more complex, feel free to add that to the conversation

I want to be able to type:An itemBut when I type that, Miro recognises that the 2 is a number and converts the text to a numbered list and changes the 2 to a 1.You can’t have a numbered list start with anything other than a 1.   

I have always had only three boards and they worked ok at free access. But a week ago one board stopped working and it bef=gan to say that i have more than three boards.. though i didnt create new boards or smth((((

When I use the handwriting pen of laptop on the screen, I found the writing experience in Microsoft White Board is better than that performing in Miro Board, suggested to improve on this : )Below 2 pictures for comparison:(It is more difficult to control my hand force to keep a good shape of writing in Miro Board. The line thickness is varying from different writing force in White Board, while Miro has not.)

Is there a way to easily import a diagram (flow chart) from Lucid chart to Miro? All the seemingly relevant options I see where export (Lucid) and import (Miro) match are for single layer images. I have a pretty complicated diagram in Lucid that I need in Miro and don’t want to have to recreate it from scratch. 

Is there a way to change permissions on multiple boards?   Like, lots of them?!I have projects set up with specific permissions for each project but all the boards inside those projects still show up for the whole team? Is this a bug? Any way to make all those projects only visible to the project team (without going into every board?!!?!) My hope was to make a project private and add boards to it to “hide” them, but its not working…

Hello, I’m Gennadii. I’ve been using Miro for a long time. I’ve used Miro from various devices. iPad + Macbook. Today I couldn’t use properly miro using app for iPad. I started writing using iPencil and my sentences disappeared. But I can see then on my Mac. Sounds strange but it was like that. and I’ve tried to restart my iPad and redownload miro app, it didn’t help at all. When I zoomed in - I can see all my writing, but when I zoomed out (5-4%), suddenly some letters started disappearing. What can I do to solve the problem?You can see the problem in the pictures below  👇  

Hello Miro Team!I’ve been introduced to Miro around a year ago when i started working in a startup. They were using Miro boards.I haven’t used it much since until this week  Last tuesday I opened a board for quick mindmapping but when i wanted to access today, its not loading at all.I tried deleting cookies, clearing cache, incognito window, from phone browsers, phone app and everything possible. I had some quick keywords and writings there. I would be more than grateful than ever if i just have at least just screenshot of the board of the process or anything possible.P.S: now it says I can’t access or do anything because this account was blocked due inactivity??? I just opened and used it last Tuesday. Why would that even be the case? Please please please advise and help! Looking forward eagerly to hear back from you guys, With best,Anda  

Hi !I was invited to a commercial presentation from another comany using miro few month ago.Now my account seems binded to them. When I leave all group I cant access dashboard.An error message says “Teams in this comany are private.”  How can I get released ?

My Clients work mostly with Microsoft; Excel, Word, Visio Project, Visio, Sharepoint, Teams. There are no/limited solutions to work integrated into Miro

Hi Guys I have a use case to create a custom shape widget on the Miro board where in a user can add one or more widget [ lets call it a card ]. Inside each card - I want to add some information in each tab and I can add or delete tabs ( rows ) as per the requirements.
