Hello, I wanted to add a new redirect URL since our domain has changed...but I am not able to do that, because we already went thorugh the app sumbission process like 6 months ago...Now it tells me to resubmit the app BUT even though I would go thorugh that there is no option to change or add new redirect URL. Can you please help me with that? Do you know the way how I can add the new address? Thank you in advance.

Hi! I was wondering if Miro provides any functionality in regard to create automated dependencies; for instance the auto-creation of a text box alongside the manual creation of a Miro Card or textbox. If you could provide me with a solution or information, that would be very helpful.

Hi, I was wondering if there is a way to set default colors available for the whole organization and not just on profile basis.For example, When a new user joins. From one second to the other i lost access to two boards which i created. Also i can’t add content to a third board which i created. I have no toolbar on the left side of the board. I can only choose between “Comment” and “Select”, how can i add content to this board? How can i get access to the orhter two boards?

Hi all,I have setup the integration to ServiceNow to handle the user subscriptions in the SAM application.In dev instance all three existing editions have been created as software models.But in preprod and production instance only one edition has been created. The configuration is the same for all instances as described here: Software-Asset-Management mit ServiceNow – Miro-Miro-Hilfecenter Has anyone discovered the same issue or an idea what is the reason? Thanks,Dominique

I need to copy the textbox from Excel/PPT to Miro board, but it will turn to .png in Miro. I can’t edit the text anymore. Even i copy only the text in the textbox, it still becomes a .png in miro.  How can I solve this problem? I want to copy&paste the textbox to miro and dont lost the capability to modify the text in miro.

Hi everyone! Today using Miro I’ve noticed something I haven’t noticed before: the cursor/mouse seems to be tracked even after I close the Miro board/tab. Details:I’ve opened a Miro board and after some minutes (15-20), closed it. The person sharing their Miro board/computer on Teams had the name enabled for the cursors on the board. I was able to see my cursor moving as I moved it on my first screen (using 2 screens). Question:Has someone else noticed this? How is my cursor movement tracked when I don’t have Miro opened, and for how long will it track? Thanks!

Hello, I’m using this board template to create an organization chart to present Miro and show what miro is capable of inside of a company but I’m a bit frustrated.For this template (which is perfect for what I want to do) I have no option to modify the text what so ever ..Is there something I’m missing ? Or is it just not possible ? Thank you

I have observed that whenever the page is refreshed or reloaded, the image moves down to the rectangle element. To view the image again after reloading, I click on each element and press the Page Up button on the keyboard. Is there a way to get the image's file name and extension when using the Rest API or Web SDK? We use Miro for ideation and then wanted to load the data into the source system. 

We are a game design and digital art company and although Miro bords are amassing the ops and admin side lack 2 very very big things firs no folder structure to organize bords under projects, this is after 3 years of it being on a “wish list” and Admins  do not mean much as you can not get a view of the whole project and all the bords created on a project. Since I am complaining it should be Project > teams > bords.If anyone has a way to either see all content under a team or  make sub folders I would appreciate the help?

I received an email asking me to update the Tax ID on our Miro account so that reverse charge invoices can be issued.The Miro billing profile page refuses to accept our VAT number, it returns an error that it is invalid. A little digging on my part revealed that for the Miro interface to consider a VAT number valid, it needs to be in the ECs database. Of course, UK VAT numbers aren’t in that database anymore, however, they remain perfectly valid.Have other UK customers had this problem?

Dear Miro Community, I started a Miro Board in a free team a few days ago and worked on it. In the board I added post-it notes and added some tags to them. Then I moved the board to another team. However, now the tags are lost. When I click on a post it to add a new tag, all the tags from the “old” board are available to click them. But no post-it has an active tag.  Is there a possibility to recover the tags/the “old” board in the free team? I cannot see “Trash” in the team.  Kind regards, Jan 

Hello,My team and I were working on a board last fall and were using it frequently. We paused our work this winter because we got very busy with our projects.However, now we are ready to resume, we found that the board is deleted. None of the owners of this board have deleted it. We only have one dashboard, so it’s really nowhere to be found. It seems we have also exceeded the time period to backup. What can I do? There was a lot of valuable work on this board and the fact that it’s gone is inexplicable to us.Thanks,Hélène.

Hi, I am part of a team (free account) - now I would like to open a new board but for different people.When selecting the privacy options, I cannot make this new board “invisible” to my old team (highest privacy is “just view”).Is there a way that I can open a new team in a free account?Or just somehow start a new board with different people?Or do I need to leave my old team to do that? 

We are trying to use a Miro board for an icebreaker session of a webinar event that is expecting around 5000 participants. I want to understand how many concurrent users can a board handle. I’ve read a few old community answers and this article (which is around 2 years old) suggesting upto 300 users. I want to know if the limits have changed. Can a board handle let’s say 3000 concurrent users?(I’m hesitant to do a stress test on it myself out of the fear of initiating a DoS attack)

Hi,I created an app for Miro and deployed it as version 0.9.I shared the app via the Installation URL and everything worked fine.Now I did an update and deployed this as version 0.91.With my normal user/browser, this update is not accessible.Even when doing reload of the board or granting access to the app via the Installation URL has no effect. Still, the old version of the app is used (see the “blue” profile).When I use a different browser profile (the “green” profile) and login with the same user, then the updated version is visible (v0.91).Now I wonder if this is a caching problem in the browser (chrome) and if I need to delete any data.Is there anything else I can do to force my normal browser to use the updated version of the app?

Hi all!I wanted to test the “limits” of a board to work on, with aprox. 70 people.I created one board, with a total of 2300 elements on it (13 times same board, for teams to work in) and with 70 people working, it was impossible.So I am trying to figure out if.I hit a limit to number of elements on a board I hit a limit with amount of people working at the same time If it is a local problem with things like working through VPN, slow mashines, bad connection.What is your experience of “limits” before it gets to laggyCheersHenrik

I have been working on a rather large mind map and collapsed a set of nodes. Now they won't expand. I click on the number and nothing happens. I have tried this in the browser and the app, and on different devices. It is not locked. I tried locking and unlocking. Any ideas on how to fix this?Thank you,Heather

I just upgraded my free account to an educational license (and immediately got this approved).I would like to make a new team to have a class of students working in Miro, but when I click the new team function and create a name for it, I am forwarded to a pop up with financial plans to choose from. Is it not possible to create separate teams withing the 90 users I can invite?

Are there feature differences between the version that runs on Windows and the one that runs on Android? What are the differences?’ Thanks

When adding a tag to a sticky or card, the scroll bar does not scroll using a mouse/trackpad. You have to click and drag the scroll bar in order to scroll down.
