I try to copy/ duplicate connection lines line a timeline or similar things but they keeps dissapear after i paste them. Any help here :( 

Hi all,Some of my boards act as directories for various external locations.It came to my surprise yesterday to find the message ‘This device can’t open external links’ on my android phone.Has Miro removed this very simple functionality from phones? ios and android?Super disappointed if that’s the case - it’s kind of a dealbreaker.Thanks

I would like to know if this Miro app have an option where I can create a box and add a status monitor (Red/Green) within the dashboard. So when my VBA code within the excel sheet changes a status for example from OK to NOK, can Miro board change the color from green to red? Is there a way to implement this in Miro?

Dear Miro teamWe wanted to use the Amplitude integration with our EU instance (https://help.amplitude.com/hc/en-us/articles/8476297377819). Unfortunately this does not work, because the integration expect by default, that the US server will be used (which also works). Unfortunately we use the EU server with our customers. I reached out to the Amplitude forum (https://community.amplitude.com/building-and-sharing-your-analysis-58/miro-integration-not-working-with-eu-datacenter-1451?postid=4985#post4985) and I got the answer that you can change this on your end, to use the EU servers. Is there a way you can change that default behavior or tell me how I can switch myself. I reverse engineered the code a little bit and I can see that the code would be ready for using the EU servers. 

This started in the last month, every time I open the scheme the firefox is not responding.I tried to remove the site data and it still not working.Any ideas?

I’m completely new to Miro. I installed the Miro plugin in my Confluence server. When I tried to add the Miro macro, a window pops up with the option “New board”. I clicked it and it hanged with a loading circle. I tried waiting for half an hour, no change. No error other than the initial 403 when I opened the popup:Network traffic stopped at splitChanges: I’ve allowed “miro.com” in Chrome third-party cookies. Tried Incognito too, same result:What else do I need to do to get Miro working in Confluence?  EDIT:I went to miro.new to create a board there, afterwards I can embed that into Confluence. 

The button for removing the background has disappeared. Changing the browser doesn't help.

Hi! So, the list on the sidebar is only showing some of my projects, and i can find no way to see the full list But I know they still exist somewhere, because I can find the boards that are inside of them on "Recent"

Hi Everyone, I have lost access to my Miro board and our previous teamadmin has left the company. How can get access to this board ? I have pushed the button ‘Request access’ several times, but i guess the request goes to the team admin, which is unreachable in my case. Any ideas to fix this problem is much appreciated. Thanks

Currently, the start date appears after the due date, which is counterintuitive and confusing at times. 

I’m new to Miro, but have used Lucid Chart extensively. I do a lot of AWS Architecture Diagrams. I have access to Miro’s AWS Architecture Template and can see group icons on the template, i.e. VPC, Availability Zone, etc. However, I can’t find Region or VPC or Availability Zone shapes in the shapes panel. I’ve looked through all the AWS shapes and General shapes, but still can’t find them.Does the AWS Shape Pack come with those shapes? What am I missing?Thanks,Ryan

My app is not allowing me to create new sticky notes.  When I click on the plus icon, I get the menu options for text, sticky note, stickies capture, etc.  When I click on sticky note, the menu disappears and I end up back on my board with the plus icon again.  I am able to create notes on the desktop with no issue.  I restarted my app, but it’s still not working.  I am an android user.

Everytime I click on something, it instead zooms on it.

Hi I cannot see my boards anymore on Miro s ap meanwhile I can see them on my computer , what do I do please to fix that? I really prefer to use the app on my phone/ thanks 

Hi,I have a colleague who has a Miro education account. The colleague is a member in few Miro teams, but doesn’t have their own team. Normally the team is created once you sign in for Miro, but is it possible to create the team afterwards? I know that in education account the amount of one’s own teams is limited to one, but we are unable to create even that one team in this case. Thankful for your help!Kindly, Linda

I am trying to visualize my Spotfire dashboards into our Miro board via Embed iFrame code. Unfortunately, both “&autoplay=yep” nor “&embedAutoplay=true” seem to load the iFrame automatically… This is the code I use:<iframe src=" https://www.linktomysportfiredashboard.com&embedAutoplay=true" height="900" width="1895"></iframe> How can I fix this issue? Additionally, in case it’s not possible to load/open automatically, can I set a thumbnail? Great thanks in advance!
