How to create frame as boundary for a 13" x 19" print?

I’ll manage the font sizes (etc.) within it. 

I just need to constrain the canvas so that I know what the theoretical maximum available canvas size is given an output physical size of 13 x 19

@Ken Florian - You could

  1. find any existing image that is the aspect ratio you are looking for
  2. add it to a the Miro board
  3. draw a frame around it
  4. and then hold Shift when resizing the frame (if need be) as holding Shift will maintain the aspect ratio.
