Hi,i just have a basic question concerning billing of team members.My idea when using Miro was, that i choose a plan for myself and pay for it accordingly.I then invite Miro members to my boards/team so they can participate working on them.So far so good - however i was expecting that the other Miro members pay for their plan themselfes.Its not working like that, correct? I have to pay for all the members who are joining my team?Would be vary glad for some advice.Cheers,John

HiI’m trying to resize the widths of the sections of my swimlane e.g. person responsible as it’s taking up far too much space.I’m unable to just reduce the width of that section of the lane. See image, I’ve only included one horizontal lane but would want them to be reduced for all of the lanes. Anyone have a suggestion? 

Dear friends.Please help me to restore what I did wrong.I wanted to move all to the left therefore select all. But  then it did not want to move so I suddenly clicked on something on the right top side of the selected areaThen all the arrors become kind of duplicated many times.I tried to undo but it did not help and now it even worse.I still have a free plan  Thank you alot Anna   

I seems that the html can be maintain when I copy an object. I currently use clipclip to pin objects, then I can drag them onto Miro. But I would like to be able to use autohotkey to assign a shortcut to pasting that object into Miro, but it is only pasting the text, not the html shape object.  Does anybody know how to do that?

I receive an error message when I try to submit my app to the Miro Marketplace. The api call to https://miro.com/api/v1/app-submissions returns 500 internal server error.

HelloI signed into my free account yesterday and see boards other people created in there.I cannot delete their boards because I am not the board owner. Several people have told me when they log into Miro they are defaulting to my account. How can this be resolved? 

Hello Miro community! I am new to using Miro as a collaborative social tool with our distributed company, and I am curious if anyone has developed a feature where you can share ongoing lists of favorite movies, film, games, and podcasts?Ideally, I’d love to have a “living document” that anyone at our company can asynchronously contribute to. I don’t need it to be attached to any kind of SaaS like Spotify or Youtube, since we’d prefer to keep it more as a collaborative list that people can then use for inspiration in their personal account listening/watching later.  An example of what I’m talking about is this template called “Library Wall”. https://miro.com/miroverse/library-wall/?social=copy-link Has anyone else set up something like this for their org?

on the desk top app When I click on a link inside of a card it opens it a browser and in the miro board window. How do I get it so it just opens in a browser or just in miro? Also once open in miro how do i get back to the board itself its there a hot key to do this as I see no way besides closing the board and reopening it?

I don’t appear to have the option to change a full member back to a Guest member.   If I click on the three dots next to the member I only have the options to remove from the team or promote to team admin.  Any ideas how I can change the member to a guest member?

When I place a table inside a frame, and remove the table “title” and export to PDF, the title of the table is included as placeholder HTML tags:Is there any way to stop this via options or key press combination? I have tried removing the title, but that adds an empty <br> tag, and subsequently any text added back in retains these ghost HTML tags.

Hi there, I can usually collapse and expand all my Mind Map branches, however, sometimes they do not expand after collapsing, any ideas? I have tried to expand the branches using alternate web browsers, with no change. Here is a screencast. A workaround I have found is to duplicate the item and then the branch is happy to collapse and expand again.

Hi, Can I buy a Miro subscription for another person if I know their email?

Hi EveryoneHas anyone seen this behavior? When I use Miro in a browser (Chrome or Safari), it works well. When I use Miro in the Miro app for Mac, this feature doesn’t work anymore.Here’s the specific feature in question:In the past, if I had text that was a link, I could click on it and a small box would appear with the link. I could then click on that link, and it would open in a new browser window. As mentioned, this works for Miro in a browser, but it stopped working for Miro in the app for Mac.Ideas?Thanks and best wishes, Ken

Update:just figured out, it does not work for Mind Map. The same, it does not work.First of all, I do it from menu only. The menu for “Paste Style“ does not appear after this action.Even if I paste it with the shortcut Cmd+Opt+V it does not work. I believe, it does not copy some style at all as no appearing menu “Paste Style“ after.Why?.. Any issues around that?Another proof it does not work, before (like yesterday or a day earlier) it worked with Cmd+Opt+C from a browser. Hi, am sure this is just a setting somewhere!I’ve been made a Miro admin yesterday and noticed that one ‘Free’ licence user in our organisation has managed to make themselves a ‘Full’ licence user, then done the same for for 7 other ‘Free’ members. This has taken us over our licence allocation. I can’t work out how they did it? Any ideas please for an admin newbie greatly appreciated! 😊

Hi,When we do Poker Estimation in MIRO the estimates are stored in a TAG “Estimate: xx” but NOT transferred via the  “Story point estimate” field in the MIRO card … to JIRA.Is there a way to get this connected so that estimates actually is transferred both ways.FROM JIRA to MIRO it seems to work, so ½ way there..

The “boards” rest API returns a number of attributes including “createdAt”, “createdBy”, “modifiedAt”, and “modifiedBy”. Is there a way to get the “last_opened” attributes? One can sort the results by “last_opened” date, but the details on the “last_opened” event are not returned e.g., “lastopenedAt” and “lastopenedBy”.I am building a solution to delete boards that have not been used within a set time period. I would like to include both the last opened and last modified dates into my deletion criteria.

We’ve been using Jira Cards (Aplication Link) with Jira for quite some time. And previously we had all Jira Card statuses colored as in Jira (green, blue, etc.). Now all card statuses are gray.No issues with creating new cards or editing/deleting existing, just no colors on cards.Reconnected all teams (removed WebHooks and connected, with “automatic” option, from every team again, ending up with new Hooks in Jira). Hi there community!I’m building an org chart with nodes, and as the chart is very heavy in the middle, I wanted to move things down/up to make it more vertical, rather than having a huge horizontal glut.That would make it more friendly for printing out!The issue is that when I try to move a set of nodes down, it does -- but it doesn’t “use” the space I just liberated, and instead keeps the spacing of all nodes that I moved down.Is there a way to turn this off?Added some images to illustrate. 

Is it possible to insert a step in the middle of a flowchart and have the subsequent steps move/reflow to make space for the inserted step?
