I’ve tried to install this and everything is blank, I simply have a tab titled “Boards”.

How do I fix this?

Could you indicate where you downloaded the Miro desktop app from? While it is available from the usual app stores, I find it is safest to download it directly from the Miro website itself. If you didn’t get it from there, you might try uninstalling it and reinstalling it using the version from the Miro website here: https://miro.com/apps/?utm_source=product&utm_medium=learning_center

I made a couple of attempts to install, but still had the same problem.

One attempt I downloaded from the Miro website.

The other attempt I downloaded from Microsoft Store.

It didn’t matter where I got the software it I still had the same problem.

Assuming you are on a paid plan, I’d suggest opening a support request here: Submit a request – Miro Support & Help Center

Until they are able to troubleshoot the issue, you can use Miro via a web browser (Chrome, Firefox or the latest version of Edge would be preferable).

I fixed it.

It was my firewall blocking everything.

Thank you so much for your reply. I had the same problem, “Malwarebytes Windows Firewall Control” was blocking outgoing connection without properly giving a pop-up warning.
