Hi,

I just started with my new company and while Miro works fine in the browser, the Windows (10, 64-bit) app get’s stuck with this basically blank screen:

 

I can’t see any error messages etc.

 

Behavior is the same with VPN on and off… 

 

Does anybody have an idea where to start looking?

Have you tried switching to another network or reinstalling the app from our official website?

I had the same problem; for me it was the firewall blocking outgoing connection.
